    Celem projektu jest poprawa stanu zdrowia dzieci w wieku 5 lat, poprzez zwiększenie wczesnego wykrywania i zdiagnozowania wad wzroku oraz wdrożenia postępowania leczniczego, zapobiegającego powstaniu i utrwalaniu się wad wzroku na terenie min. 3 powiatów województwa małopolskiego.Projekt skierowany jest do dzieci w wieku 5 lat z terenu woj. małopolskiego.W ramach projektu zaplanowano:1a 1b. Działania informacyjnoedukacyjne zajęcia edukacyjne dla dzieci 5letnich uczestniczących w projekcie oraz spotkania edukacyjnoinformacyjne dla rodzicówopiekunów prawnych oraz wychowawców przedszkolnych z jednostek wychowania przedszkolnego uczestniczących w projekcie.2. Badania przesiewowe wzroku ww. dzieci3. Diagnostyczne badanie wzroku diagnostyka pogłębiona dla 20 przebadanych dzieci.ZAPLANOWANE REZULTATY: liczba dzieci objętych programem: 6000 liczba dzieci, u których przeprowadzono badanie przesiewowe wzroku: 6000 liczba dzieci skierowanych na konsultację okulistyczną i badanie diagnostyczne: 1200 liczba rodzicówopiekunów prawnych dzieci uczestniczących w zajęciach informacyjnoedukacyjnych: 3000 liczba dzieci uczestniczących w zajęciach edukacyjnych: 6000 (Polish)
