GMINA PROSZOWICE - MIEJSKO GMINNY OŚRODEK POMOCY SPOŁECZNEJ W PROSZOWICACH

Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 36 miesięcy od stycznia 2016 do grudnia 2018 roku. Cel główny projektu: aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa 66 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym na terenie Gminy Proszowice. Wybór Grupy Docelowej -określony został na podstawie diagnozy sytuacji przeprowadzonej przez pracowników beneficjenta w roku 2015 roku poprzez analizę powodów korzystania ze wsparcia klientów MGOPS oraz analizę sytuacji środowiskowej na terenie gminy. Projekt zakłada większy udział liczbowy kobiet, jest to odpowiedź na wyrównywanie barier i nierówności płci na aktywizowanym obszarze oraz co najmniej 10% udział osób niepełnosprawnych. W ramach projektu planowana jest realizacja następujących działań: Identyfikacja indywidualnych potrzeb oraz potencjałów uczestnika, Realizacja wsparcia w ramach aktywnej integracji poprzez realizację aktywizacji społeczno – zawodowej uczestników projektu, realizację pracy o charakterze socjalnym, realizację aktywizacji zawodowej przy współpracy z wyspecjalizowanymi podmiotami w formie zlecenia zadania publicznego. W ramach projektu utworzone zostanie mieszkanie wspierane dostosowane do osób niepełnosprawnych. Główny rezultat projektu – efektywność społeczno-zatrudnieniowa uczestników projektu - 56 % w wymiarze społecznym i 22% w wymiarze zatrudnieniowym. (Polish)

The project will run for a period of 36 months from January 2016 to December 2018. Main objective of the project: the socio-professional activation of 66 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the municipality of Proszowice. The choice of the target group has been determined on the basis of the diagnosis of the situation by the beneficiary’s employees in 2015, by analysing the reasons for the use of MGDOPs’s customers and an analysis of the environmental situation in the municipality. The project involves a greater number of women, responding to the equalisation of barriers and gender inequalities in an active area and at least 10 % of people with disabilities. The following activities are planned to be carried out as part of the project: Identification of participant’s individual needs and potential, implementation of active inclusion support by implementing social and professional animation of project participants, implementation of social work, activation in cooperation with specialised bodies in the form of an assignment of a public task. The project will create a housing accommodation for people with disabilities. The main result of the project — the social and employment efficiency of the participants in the project — 56 % in the social dimension and 22 % in employment. (English)
