| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over from disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the county of Ciechanowski district. The target group of the project represents a total of 321 people (177 women, 144 men) aged 30 and over from disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the county of Ciechanowski district, including: • persons aged 50 and over (5K, 5M),• persons with disabilities — 2 persons (1K, 1M),• long-term unemployed — 35 persons (25K, 10M),• persons with a low professional qualification — 269 persons (146K, 123M),• women — 177,• men aged 30-49-5, their participation in the project will not exceed 20 % of the total number of unemployed persons supported in the project. These are those who do not belong to a group of persons: aged 50 and over, with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled, with tertiary education attainment from ISCED 3. A project for each participant will provide a specific offer to activate the profession, preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office will support the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie ciechanowskim. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi ogółem 321 osób (177 kobiet, 144 mężczyzn) w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie ciechanowskim, w tym: • osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej – 10 osób (5K, 5M), • osoby z niepełnosprawnościami –2 osoby (1K, 1M), • osoby długotrwale bezrobotne –35 osób (25K, 10M), • osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych – 269 osób (146K, 123M), • kobiety – 177, • mężczyźni w wieku 30 - 49 lat – 5, ich udział w realizowanym projekcie nie przekroczy 20% ogólnej liczby bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w projekcie. Są to osoby nienależące do grupy osób: w wieku 50 lat i więcej, z niepełnosprawnościami, długotrwale bezrobotnych, o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych, posiadające wykształcenie na poziomie wyższym od ISCED 3. W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika przedstawiona będzie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie ciechanowskim. (Polish)
