Celem projektu jest wzrost zdolności zatrudnienia wśród 50 os. (30 K, 20 M) w wieku 30 lat i więcej w tym 40 os. bezrobotnych (24 K, 16 M) tj. (min. 80 % grupy docelowej), w tym os.długotrwale bezrobotnych min. 60 % tj. 30 os. (18 K,12 M) oraz 10 os. (6 K, 4 M) biernych zawodowo z terenu woj. lubelskiego (w przypadku osób fizycznych zamieszkują one na obszarze województwa lubelskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego) należące co najmniej do jednej z następujących grup: os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej 13 os. (8 K,5 M) tj. co najmniej 25% gr. docel. [KP3], osoby z niepełnospraw. 29 ON (18 K, 5 M) Co najmniej 50% UP , os. długotrwale bezrob. 30 os. (18 K, 12 M) oraz 8 os (4 K,4 M) rolników i członków ich rodzin w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejest. w PUP/MUP jako os. bezrob. z terenu woj. lubelskiego należące do następującej gr: osoby o niskich kwalifik. [do ISCED 3 włącz.] prowadz. indywidualne gospod. rolne do wielkości 2 ha przelicz., zamierz. odejść z rolnictwa - co najmniej 15%. Projekt zakłada: poradnictwo zawodowe wraz z utworzeniem IPD, i pogłębioną analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych uczestnika projektu,certyfik. szkol. prowadz. do nabycia kwalifikacji zaw. tj. Opiekun os. starszych, Kurs Księowości I stopnia, Tester oprogramowania,3 miesięczne staże zaw.,Pośrednictwo pracy. Rezultaty projektu:nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez min. 80 % UP, każdy z UP otrzyma rozpoznawalny i uznawaly w danej branży/ sektorze ceryfikat potwierdzjący nabyte kwalifikacje zawodowe.zapewnienie trwałego zatrud. dla wskaz gr. os. na poziomie: dla os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej co najmniej 33%,dla kobiet co najmniej 39%,dla os. niepełnosprawne co najmniej 33%,dla os. długotrwale bezrob. co najmniej 30%.dla os. o niskich kwalifik. The aim of the project is to increase the employment capacity of 50 persons. (30 K, 20 M) aged 30 and over including 40 who were unemployed (24 K, 16 M), i.e. (min. 80 % of the target group), including long-term unemployed min. 60 % i.e. 30 (18 K, 12 M) and 10 persons (6 K, 4 M) who are economically inactive in the Lubelskie province (in the case of natural persons, they are resident in the Lubelskie region within the meaning of the Civil Code) which belong to at least one of the following groups:50 and over 13 (8 K, 5 M) i.e. a target of at least 25 %. [up to ISCED 3 on.] moving individual agricultural holdings to 2 ha of agricultural conversion — at least 15 % of agricultural activity. The project will:Occupational guidance with the creation of an IPD and an in-depth analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of a project participant, certification and training. Guardian of the elderly, Kours of the level 1, Tester of software, 3 monthly work experience, Indirect employment.
