Objective of the project — increase of employment opportunities through active employment of 206 unemployed over 29 from Grudziądz and Grudziądz District by 31.12.2020. 206 (126k, 80M) of the unemployed aged over 29, living within the meaning of the CC in Grudziądz or Grudziądz, in particular in the specific situation of the labour market, i.e. persons over the age of 50, women, persons with disabilities, the low-skilled. In the project, a need for a diagnosis of needs and the provision of tailor-made support will be made for each participant in the project, which will increase the chances of the PA to enter into regular employment. The project support has the character of an individual and comprehensive activation of the labour market, defined on the basis of the mandatory development of the IPD (Access Criterion 8) Scope: 1. Cover 206 persons in group 2 with persons. IPD, careers advice and individual placement for 206 persons 3. Retrofitting or equipping an employment post for 57 persons. 4. Subsidised employment 4 months for 91 people. 5. Traineeships for 58 people, including an average of 4 and 5 months. Project meets the criterion of bonus No 5 and methodology and methodology for measuring the performance criterion in accordance with Sub-chapter 3.2 of the Guidelines for implementing ESF measures in the area of the labour market 2014-2020 (English)

    Cel projektu - zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia poprzez aktyw. zawodową 206 bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r.ż. z terenu Grudziądza i powiatu grudziądzkiego do 31.12.2020 r. Przedmiot projektu - aktywizacja zawod. 206 os. (126K,80M) bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia, zamieszkałych w rozumieniu KC w Grudziądzu lub powiecie grudziądzkim, w szczególności znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. osób powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób niepełnosprawnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu obligatoryjnie dla każdego Uczestnika projektu zostanie przeprowadzona diagnoza potrzeb oraz zapewnienie wsparcia dostosowanego do diagnozy, co zwiększy szanse UP na podjęcie stałego zatrudnienia. Wsparcie zakładane w projekcie ma charakter indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowej zdefiniowanej w oparciu o obligatoryjne opracowanie IPD (Kryterium Dostępu 8) Zakres rzeczowy: 1. Objęcie wsparciem 206 osób z w/wym grup 2. IPD, doradztwo zawodowe i pośrednictwo pracy indywidualne dla 206 osób 3. Doposażenie lub wyposażenie stanowiska pracy dla 57 osób. 4. Zatrudnienie subsydiowane 4 m-czne dla 91 osób 5. Staże dla 58 osób, w tym średnio 4 i 5 -miesięczne. Projekt spełnia kryterium premiujące nr 5 Sposób i metodologia mierzenia kryterium efektyw. zatrudn. zgodnie z podrozdziałem 3.2 wytycznych w zakresie real. przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na l.2014-2020 (Polish)
