Main problems: the shortage of pre-school places in Wrocław, in particular in the case of residential buildings, the lack of access to additional specialist activities and the development of key competences, the low level of competence of the teaching staff with regard to specialist pedagogy, and the main project: The increase of 50 new pre-school places in the pre-school establishment of the Muchobór University in Wrocław by the creation of 2 new branches in the Wrocław Public Service of Wrocław Convictions III and the levelling of development deficits and the upgrading of key competences and transferable competences of 50 pre-school children, and increasing the competence of 7 nursery teachers and specialists during the period from 1 July 2019 to 31 August 2020, the target group is 1. The Public Early School of the Wrocław Conciliator III in Samborska 14a as an institution launched on 1.02.2019 with an entry in the register of the schools and facilities maintained by the Municipality of Wrocław, which will, as part of the project, increase by 2 units each of 25 seats each. 2. 50 children (26 girls; 24 boys) at pre-school age 3. Parents/legal guardians of preschool children, residing in accordance with the CC in the commune of Wrocław.4. 7 nursery teachers and specialists (6K; 1M). 1 Adaption and equipment; 2 Current activities of Zad. 3 Additional specialised activities: -sessionally spoken speech therapy courses developing an emotional and emotional competency and working with the elements of the integration of a sensory integration. 4 Additional education and learning activities in English and “Coding and programming” Zad. 5 Improving the skills and competences of teachers: 7 teachers and specialists who have obtained qualifications or skills after they have left the curriculum of key competences or universal skills after leaving the programme.     Główne problemy: niewystarczająca liczba miejsc przedszkolnych we Wrocławiu, w szczególności na osiedlu Muchobór Wielki, brak dostępu do dodatkowych zajęć specjalistycznych oraz z zakresu kształtowania kompetencji kluczowych, niski poziom kompetencji kadry pedagogicznej w zakresie pedagogiki specjalnej.Cel główny projektu: Zwiększenie o 50 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego liczby miejsc przedszkolnych na osiedlu Muchobór Wielki we Wrocławiu poprzez utworzenie 2 nowych oddziałów w Przedszkolu Publicznym Wrocławskie Skauty III oraz niwelacja deficytów rozwojowych i zwiększenie kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych 50 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym oraz zwiększenie kompetencji 7 nauczycieli wychowania przedszkolnego i specjalistów w okresie od 1 lipca 2019 r do 31 sierpnia 2020 r.Grupę docelową stanowią:1. Przedszkole Publiczne Wrocławskie Skauty III na Samborskiej 14a jako instytucja uruchomiona w dniu 1.02.2019 r. z wpisem do ewidencji szkół i placówek prowadzonej przez Gminę Wrocław, która w ramach projektu zostanie powiększona o 2 oddziały po 25 miejsc każdy.2. 50 dzieci (26 dziewczynek; 24 chłopców) w wieku przedszkolnym.3.
