The aim of the project is to increase the competence of female students.The IMIM unit in the field of professional skills, through the implementation of high quality internship programmes for 94 persons (52 K/42 M, including disabled persons in the event of occurrence) education.1 and 2 Stop for varnish:Materials Engineering, Management and Engineering Engineering, Technology Metali, Macro-direction:Industrial information technology.The duration of the project is 22 months from 01.01.2017 to 31.10.2019.103 seats for 57K and 46M are planned.Training courses will strengthen education;it will mainly consist of professional competences as well as self-organisational, interpersonal, cognitive participants;they will be able to gain valuable work experience.These measures will boost competitiveness (K, M,ON) in the labour market and make it easier for them to resume employment.The recipient of the project’s outputs will be large, medium and small manufacturing and service companies in the area of technology specialisation of the Silesian region, i.e. energy, information technology, manufacturing and processing of materials, machinery industry, automotive, air.The project foresees the execution of 4 tasks, i.e.:1.Student traineeships 1 and 2 on material engineering 2.Traineeships for students 1 and 2 on the direction of Management and Engineering Engineering 3.Placements for 1 and 2 students on the basis of the Technology Method 4.Traineeships for students at 2 step in the Industrial Ethics Committee, the temporary dimension of the placements will be 360h and will cover not less than 20h of the traineeship tasks performed at a time period of up to 16 here.This ensures the acquisition of appropriate experience and the efficient use of traineeships, pointing directly to the quality of the traineeships planned.     Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji Studentek/ów Politechniki Śl. Wydziału IMiM w zakresie zawodowych umiejętności, poprzez realizację wysokiej jakości programów stażowych przez 94 osoby (52 K/42 M, w tym Osoby Niepełnosprawne w razie zaistnienia) kształcące się na studiach stacj. 1 i 2 stop. na kier.: Inżynieria Materiałowa, Zarządzanie i Inżynieria Produkcji, Technologie Metali, Makrokierunek: Informatyka Przemysłowa. Czas trwania projektu przewiduje się na 22 miesiące w okresie od 01.01.2017r do 31.10.2019r. W projekcie zaplanowano 103 miejsca stażowe dla 57K i 46M. Staże wzmocnią prakt. elem. kształcenia; podniosą głównie kompetencje zawodowe jak również samoorganizacyjne, interpersonalne, kognitywne uczestników; pozwalą na zdobycie cennego doświadczenia zawodowego. Działania te wpłyną na wzrost konkurencyjności (K,M,ON) na rynku pracy i ułatwią im podjęcie stałego zatrudnienia. Odbiorcą efektów projektu będą duże, średnie i małe przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjne oraz usługowe z obszaru specjalizacji technologicznej woj. śląskiego tj. energetyka, informatyka, produkcja i przetwarzanie materiałów, przemysł maszynowy, samochodowy, lotniczy. W ramach realizacji projektu przewiduje się wykonanie 4 zadań tj.: 1. Staże dla studentów 1 i 2 stopnnia na kierunku Inżynieria Materiałowa 2. Staże dla studentów 1 i  2 stopnia na kierunku Zarządzanie i Inżynieria Produkcji 3. Staże dla studentów 1 i 2 stopnia na kierunku Technologie Metali 4. Staże dla studentów 2 stopnia na  Makrokierunku Informatyka Przemysłowa  Wymiar czasowy staży wynosić będzie 360h i obejmować nie mniej niż 20h zadań stażowych wykonywanych w tyg. w maks. czasie 16-tu tyg. Gwarantuje to pozyskanie odpowiedniego doświadczenia i efektywne wykorzystanie stażu, co wskazuje bezpośrednio na wysoką jakość planowanych staży. (Polish)
