The main objective of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of 107 (56K, 51M) of unemployed or inactive people from the age of 30 in a specific situation in the labour market (50 +, women, disabled, long-term unemployed, low-skilled) of Dolnośląskie province only from districts with the highest levels of unemployment: beef, miners, lowlands, cucumbers for the Earth, gold, Legnicka Earth, Toonowsky, the log yard, the globe, and the clove, through educational and educational activation in the period 01.10.2016-30.06.2018. The support provided in the form of an advantage in the form of an indigo and an advanced educational system for people will be aimed at the unemployed and the inactive who, for various reasons, remain unemployed for a sufficient level of education/qualification in order to be able to take up employment in the area of the WB in the districts with the highest level of unemployment. The project will make it possible to reach out to/in people and encourage them to take part in the project. Participation in the project will result in the acquisition of both qualifications/professional qualifications and a professional experience (by training, apprenticeship/traineeship programme) and the acquisition of soft competences (e.g. independence, ability to organise work, and dealing with difficult situations, effective communication).     Projekt ukierunkowny na potrzeby osób bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Celem głównym Projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 107 (56K,51M) osób bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo od 30 roku życia pozostające bez zatrudnienia, znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (50+, kobiety, osoby niepełnosprawne, długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach) z woj. dolnośląskiego wyłącznie z powiatów o najwyższym poziomie bezrobocia: wołowskim, górowskim, lwóweckim, jeleniogórskim ziemskim, złotoryjskim, legnickim ziemskim, dzierżoniowskim, kłodzkim, wałbrzyskim ziemskim oraz ząbkowickim poprzez aktywizację zawodowo-edukacyjną w okresie 01.10.2016-30.06.2018r. Wsparcie przewidziane w proj. w postaci indywid i kompleks aktywizacji zaw-edukacyjnej ww osób będzie skierowane do osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, które z różnych przyczyn pozostają bez zatrudnienia wystarczającego poziomu edukacji/kwalifikacji, by móc podjąć zatrudnienie na terenie DŚ w w/w powiatach o największym poziomie bezrobocia. Realizacja projektu umożliwi dotarcie dp w/w osób i zachęcenia ich do wzięcia udziału w projekcie. Udział w projekcie umożliwi zdobycie zdobycie zarówno kwalifikacji/komp.zawodowych i doświadcz zawodowego (po przez szkolenia, program praktyk/stażu), jak i nabycie kompetencji miękkich (m.in. samodzielność, umiejętność organizacji pracy, i radzenie sobie w trudnych sytuacjach, efektywna komunikacja).
