The aim of the project is to review and update in cooperation with the social partners the classification of vocational education professions (KZZ) and the vocational training programme (PPKZ) and adapt them to the needs of the labour market through close cooperation with the social partners, as well as the preparation of the supplements to diplomas and qualifications based on the upgraded PSSWT.The project’s planned activities are divided into 2 main tasks.Under Task 1:The acquisition of 25 BZPS representative of vocational training professions to be made up of representatives of professional associations, employers’ organisations and trade unions.The tasks of the BPS will be to develop the demand for VET professions and qualifications, taking into account the expectations of the labour market, a review of the classification of vocational education professions and the basis of vocational training courses in competitions, in terms of the expectations of the social partners relevant to the vocational education professions, and the preparation of recommendations for changes to the KZF and PPKZ for the desired types of school, professional skills and qualifications;Organisation of industrial seminars;Development of professional pathways for professions for which the PPKZ has been modernised.Under Task 2:— the development of the modernised PSSWT for 54, following the work of the professional teams of the social partners, professions and their reviews and editors;— Preparation of the supplements to the diplomas and qualifications on the basis of the modified PPKZ and their translation into English.The draft recommendations on the changes in the KZZ and PPKZ in terms of the desired types of schools and qualifications will be addressed to the ministers responsible for the professions with a view to their inclusion in the law, which will, together with the other tasks planned in the framework of public intervention, be an important complement to the system activities undertaken so far.     Celem projektu jest przegląd i aktualizacja we współpracy z partnerami społecznymi Klasyfikacji zawodów szkolnictwa zawodowego (KZSZ) i Podstaw programowych kształcenia w zawodach (PPKZ) oraz dostosowanie tych dokumentów do potrzeb rynku pracy poprzez ścisłą współpracę z partnerami społecznymi, a także przygotowanie suplementów do dyplomów i kwalifikacji w oparciu o zmodernizowane PPKZ. Działania zaplanowane do realizacji w projekcie podzielono na 2 główne zadania. W ramach Zadania 1 zaplanowano: - pozyskanie 25 BZPS reprezentatywnych dla zawodów szkolnictwa zawodowego, w skład których wejdą przedstawiciele stowarzyszeń zawodowych, organizacji pracodawców oraz związków zawodowych. Do zadań BZPS należeć będzie opracowanie zapotrzebowania na zawody i kwalifikacje szkolnictwa zawodowego uwzględniającego oczekiwania rynku pracy, przegląd klasyfikacji zawodów szkolnictwa zawodowego oraz podstaw programowych kształcenia w zawodach pod kątem oczekiwań partnerów społecznych właściwych dla zawodów szkolnictwa zawodowego oraz przygotowanie rekomendacji dotyczących zmian w KZSZ i PPKZ w zakresie pożądanych typów szkół, umiejętności zawodowych i kwalifikacji; - organizacja konsultacyjnych seminariów branżowych; - opracowanie ścieżek rozwoju zawodowego dla zawodów, dla których zmodernizowano PPKZ. W ramach Zadania 2 zaplanowano: - opracowanie zmodernizowanych PPKZ dla 54, wyłonionych w wyniku prac branżowych zespołów partnerów społecznych, zawodów oraz ich recenzja i redakcja; - przygotowanie suplementów do dyplomów i kwalifikacji na podstawie zmodyfikowanych PPKZ oraz ich tłumaczenie na język angielski. Wypracowane w projekcie rekomendacje dotyczące zmian w KZSZ i PPKZ w zakresie pożądanych typów szkół i kwalifikacji zostaną przekazane ministrom właściwym dla zawodów celem ich uwzględnienia w przepisach prawa, co wraz z pozostałymi zadaniami zaplanowanymi w ramach interwencji publicznej stanowić będzie istotne uzupełnienie podejmowanych dotychczas działań systemowych.
