| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the province of saffron.The project will lead to employment performance indicators of at least 17 % for people with disabilities, 35 % for the long-term unemployed, 48 % for the low-skilled and 43 % for those who are not eligible for any of these target groups.The project will support 200 people, including 131 women under the age of 30 selected for the aid profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. POWIAT SZAMOTULSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W SZAMOTUŁACH

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie szamotulskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie uzyskanie wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 17% dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 35% dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 48% dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz 43% dla osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyższych grup docelowych. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 200 osób, w tym 131 kobiet poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
