The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people below the age of 30 in a cardboard district.The project will cover persons below 30. they are eligible for the aid profile I (active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so called “need for support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.The project will be in line with the relevant Community policies and principles, the tym:polityką equal opportunities and non-discrimination, the concept of sustainable development and Community and national legislation.The project will be in line with the information on the applications for funding under the OP KED which is in line with the objectives of OP KED 2014-2020, the SzOOP as well as the Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions Act, the Public Procurement Act and the De Minimis Act.The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving the European Social Fund in the area of the labour market 2014-2020.The training provided in the project will match the current needs of the labour market and will be able to acquire a qualification or competence in deficit occupations in the voivodeship/and or the district of cardboard in g.A barometer of the professions most recent at the time of the training organisation, the training event will give rise to qualifications or the acquisition of competences validated by the relevant document (subject to monitoring guidelines).The acquisition of qualifications or competences will be verified by examination every time.The training courses and learning outcomes achieved by the participants will be accepted by the employer in the training courses that will be used to acquire the competences of the employer.     Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kartuskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 r.ż. zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt będzie zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi, w tym:polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji, koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym i krajowym. Projekt będzie zgodny z informacją o naborze wniosków o dofinansowanie w ramach PO WER, zgodny z celami PO WER 2014-2020, SzOOP jak również z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, ustawą PZP i pomocą de minimis. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020. Szkolenia realizowane w projekcie odpowiadać będą bieżącym potrzebom rynku pracy, prowadzić będa do zdobycia kwalifikacji lub kompetencji w zawodach deficytowych w województwie /i lub powiecie kartuskim wg. Barometru zawodów najbardziej aktualnego na dzień organizacji szkolenia, Efektem szkoleń bedzie uzyskanie kwalifikacji lub nabycie kompetencji potwierdzonych odpowiednim dokumentem (zg. z wytycznymi dot. monitorowania).Uzyskanie kwalifikacji lub kompetencji każdorazowo weryfikowane będzie poprzez egzamin. W szkoleniach,które słuzyć będa nabywaniu kompetencji pracodawcy akceptować będą program szkolenia i efekty kształcenia osiągnięte przez uczestników. (Polish)
