| Property / summary: Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).In the context of the project, the applicant will work on R & D on an innovative processing of exotic exubite to be used for manufacturing applications.The project will be carried out by the Company in Piekary Śląskie.The main objective of the project will be to work., to create a prototype and to validate it for the innovative handling of exotic exubrixes applied to humans, to facilitate the use of hard and energy-intensive assembly and production, with a permanent physical load for the worker and as a consequence for which there are often injuries.The innovative exashlet will allow the elimination of work in particular absorbing skeletal — skeletal and muscle (by replacing the work of the human device) and by supporting movements (in particular assembly tapes) causing injury or degeneration as a result of repeated repetition, which is characteristic of the production processes of various industries.An internationally developed innovative product will mainly target the automotive, shipbuilding, shipping and rail industries.The objectives of the project will be achievable through:• Realising the phases of R & D divided into phases:industrial research and development.• The methodology adopted in the Company for the R & D projects, including the minimum methodology or the neutralisation of project risks.• Implementation of R & D infrastructure on the part of the Applicant. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). W ramach realizacji przedmiotowego projektu Wnioskodawca przeprowadzi prace B+R nad innowacyjną koncepcją manipulacyjnego egzoszkieletu do zastosowań produkcyjnych. Miejscem realizacji projektu będzie siedziba Spółki w Piekarach Śląskich. Głównym celem projektu będzie oprac., stworzenie prototypu oraz jego walidacja dla innowacyjnego manipulacyjnego egzoszkieletu nakładanego na ludzkie ciało, pozwalającego na ułatwienie wykonyw. trudnych i energochłonnych prac montażowych i produkcyjnych, wywołujących stałe obciążenie fizyczne dla pracownika i w konsekwencji często powodujących urazy. Innowacyjny egzoszkielet pozwoli na eliminację prac szczególnie absorbujących układ kostno- szkieletowy oraz mięśniowy (poprzez zastąpienie pracy ludzkiej pracą urządzenia) oraz na wspomaganie ruchów (zwłaszcza na taśmach montażowych) powodujących urazy bądź zwyrodnienia na skutek ich wielokrotnego powtarzania, co jest charakterystyczne dla procesów produkcyjnych różnych gałęzi przemysłu. Opracowany innowacyjny w skali międzynarodowej produkt skierowany będzie głównie dla przemysłu samochodowego, stoczniowego, samolotowego i kolejnictwa. Realizacja celów projektu będzie możliwa do osiągnięcia poprzez: • Realizację prac B+R podzielonych na etapy: badania przemysłowe i prace rozwojowe. • Przyjętą w Spółce metodykę zarządz. projektami B+R a w tym metodologię minimal. bądź neutralizacji ryzyk projektu. • Wykorzystanie posiadanej przez Wnioskodawcę infrastruktury B+R. • Zaangaż. do realizacji projektu wykwalif. kadry pracowników , posiadającej dośw. w realizacji prac B+R. • Zaangaż. do realizacji projektu podwykonawców.
