Stav areálu, který se nachází v širším středu města, a související kontaminace Hg (jak ve stěnách a podlaze, tak v ovzduší) zcela vylučuje jakýkoli způsob jeho využívání v budoucnosti. Sanace představuje odstranění budov a kontaminovaných zemin, včetně kanalizace s odsazovací nádrží za areálem. Součástí projektu je zejména podrobně zpracovaný návrh způsobu sanačně-demoličních prací včetně řešení nakládání s odpady, řešení problematiky BOZP, řízení akce, monitoring a průkaz dosažení cílů sanace. The status of a complex situated in the city’s wider city and the associated contamination of Hg (in walls and floor as well as in the atmosphere) entirely excludes any form of use in the future. Remediation represents the removal of buildings and contaminated earths, including drains with a displacement tank downstream of the range. The project includes in particular a detailed design of the method of remediation work, including waste management, OSH solutions, management of the action, monitoring and demonstration of the objectives of remediation.
