    Projekt povede k profesionalizaci žadatele v oblastech definovaných procesním auditem. Zaměstnanci a vedení organizace se budou vzdělávat a konzultovat s experty s cílem nastavit udržitelný strategický plán rozvoje organizace a možnosti vícezdrojového financování. Vytvoříme nové nástroje pro interní a externí komunikaci a zajistíme podpůrný software a vzdělávání s cílem zajištění know-how.
