Zajištění vybraných služeb sociální prevence na území Jihomoravského kraje je projekt zaměřený na zajištění poskytování vybraných služeb sociální prevence, které jsou definované dle zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a jejichž potřeba vyplývá ze Střednědobého plánu rozvoje sociálních služeb v Jihomoravském kraji na období 2015 - 2017 (dále jen Střednědobý plán).
