Projekt se bude zabývat možností sběru a zpracování odpadních jedlých olejů a tuků z odlučovačů tuků ve společnosti TRAFIN OIL, a.s. (dále také žadatel). Jedná se o UCO, tedy Used Cooking Oil, jedlé oleje a tuky, ovšem jde o odpad, který vznikl v podobných zařízeních, kde se vaří, smaží a umývá nádobí, podobně jako ?běžné? UCO, ale jde o oleje a tuky, které se nevytřídily, ale protekly odpadním systémem a zachytily se v LAPOLu (Lapači tuků) před vstupem do kanalizací a ČOV. a. (Czech)

The project will address the possibility of collecting and processing waste edible oils and fats from fat separators in TRAFIN OIL, a.s. (also the applicant). Is UCA, the used Cooking Oil, the edible oils and fats, but is it waste that has arisen in similar establishments where it is cooked, fried and washed up, in a similar way to what is normal? UCO, but they are oils and fats which have not recovered but passed the waste system and have been collected in LAPOLu (grease or grease) before entry into the sewer and are not covered by the system.
