The planned installation will be connected to the existing electricity network. The electricity will be used only and exclusively to cover the energy needs of the common (administrative) parts of the building in question, e.g.: staircases lighting, lifts, hydroelectric. It should be pointed out that each of the photovoltaic installations does not exceed the power of 40 kW for the provision of an administrative part of one apartment building, that is to say, satisfies the requirements of micro-prosumer installations, in accordance with the Renewable Energy Act of 20.02.2015, as amended.     Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa instalacji fotowoltaicznych o łącznej mocy zainstalowanej 742 kW, składających się z 2968 paneli fotowoltaicznych, zajmujących łączną powierzchnię 4897,2 m2, które będą zainstalowane na 41 budynkach należących do Wnioskodawcy. Planowana instalacja będzie przyłączona do istniejącej sieci elektrycznej. Energia elektryczna zostanie spożytkowana tylko i wyłącznie, na pokrycie zapotrzebowania energetycznego dla części wspólnych (administracyjnych) danego budynku, tj. np.: oświetlenie klatek schodowych, windy, hydrofornie. Należy podkreślić, iż każda z instalacji fotowoltaicznych, nie przekroczy mocy 40 kW, przypadającej na zasilenie części administracyjnej, jednego budynku mieszkalnego, tj. spełni wymagania mikroinstalacji prosumenckiej, zgodnie z z Ustawą o OZE z dn. 20.02.2015 r., wraz z późn. zmianami.
