Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup maszyn i urządzeń, które stworzą ciąg technologiczny, umożliwiający produkcję lepszej jakości mebli dziecięcomłodzieżowych marki Pinio, w tym innowacyjną kolekcję IGA (produkt udoskonalony) oraz świadczenie usług rozkroju płyt meblowych oraz oklejania wąskich krawędzi prostoliniowo (2 nowe usługi), a także oprogramowania do projektowania mebli i ich elementów. Wnioskodawca poprzez otrzymanie wsparcia (dotacja - 981 097,09 PLN) oraz inwestycjom prywatnym (2 706 858,02 PLN) wprowadzi do swojej oferty 2 nowe usługi oraz jedną nową kolekcję mebli dziecięco-młodzieżowych dla rynku. Inwestycja obejmuje 2 zadania, którego składowe będą efektem realizacji projektu: 1. Zakup zaplecza technicznego: - Okleiniarka wąskich krawędzi (prostoliniowa) – 1 szt., - Piła panelowa – 1 szt., - Centrum obróbcze CNC – 1 szt., - Szlifierka szeroko taśmowa – 1 szt., - Wiertarko-kołczarka sterowana numerycznie – 1 szt., - Sprężarka łopatkowa wraz z osprzętem (osuszacz oraz zbiornik wyrównawczy) – 1 szt., - Stanowisko do szlifowania – 1 szt., - Stoły szlifierskie – 2 szt., - Układ odpylania – 1 szt., - Układ nawilżania powietrza – 1 szt.. 2. Zakup rozwiązania ICT: -oprogramowanie do projektowania mebli - 1 szt., - stacje robocze - 4 szt.. 3. Zakup: - systemu do kontroli czasu pracy pracowników - 1 szt. - REZYGNACJA Wnioskodawca wprowadzi do oferty 2 nowe usługi, a także udoskonali dotychczasowy asortyment, co pozwoli na pozyskanie nowych odbiorców oraz na spełnienie rosnących wymagań klientów firmy. Realizacja inwestycji przyczyni się do wzrostu konkurencyjności firmy na rynku i wzrostu przychodów firmy, co w perspektywie długofalowej będzie bodźcem do dalszego rozwoju i zdobycia silnej pozycji na rynku. The object of the project is the purchase of machinery and equipment that will create a technology line that will enable the production of better quality childcare for Pinio, including an innovative IGA collection (product enhanced), and the provision of services of furniture boards and narrow edges of the rectilinear edge (2 new services), as well as software for the design of furniture and components. The applicant, by receiving support (grant — PLN 981 097,09) and private investment (PLN 2 706 858,02), will introduce 2 new services into its offer and one new collection of children’s furniture for the market. The investment consists of 2 tasks, the components of which will result from the implementation of the project: 1. The purchase of technical facilities: — Mark-up of narrow edges (rectilinear) — 1, — panel Piła — 1, — machining centre CNC — 1, — Scrliferka broadly band — 1 head, — Wiertarko-dustczny numerically controlled — 1, — paddle unit with fittings (dehumidifier and tank) — 2, — 1 head for grinding — 1 unit for grinding air — 1 units. 2. Procurement of ICT solutions: Furniture design software — 1 units, — workstations — 4 units 3. Purchase: System for the control of the working time of workers — 1. The applicant will introduce 2 new services into the offer and also improve the existing range, which will enable new customers to be obtained and to meet the growing demands of the company’s customers. The realisation of the investment will increase the company’s competitiveness in the market and increase the company’s revenues, which in the long term will stimulate further development and gain a strong position in the market.
