| Property / summary: The main objective is to get 20 up to 29 UP years old, out of a total of 50 unemployed and inactive people with low skills, who are living in the District of Bartoszycki in Olsztyn by participating in comprehensive support to 31.12.2018. The project aims to achieve the following indicators: • Number of inactive people in support of activation in the programme — 13• Number of unemployed persons supported in employment activation support — 37• Number of persons employed, including self-employment, upon leaving — 20. • Number of people who have obtained a qualification after leaving the programme — 20. • Number of the low-skilled supported in the programme — 50. Proj is directed at 50 persons (30K) from the area of the district of bartoszycki, i.e. natural persons who are living in the District of Bartoszycki county in Olsztyńsko — Masuria, within the meaning of the Civil Code. These will be unemployed and inactive older than 29 who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market — the low-skilled, including 2 people with disabilities. Gr. doc is: • 13 dos not registered in employment offices• 27 unemployed persons registered at the employment offices. The added value is the application of the solution developed in HC OP HC, namely the questionnaire from OIC Poland and Org. Employers Lewiatan’s employer. EUR 3). Proj is complementary with the support provided by the European Union’s means of assistance other than the ESF. EUR 1). The project will carry out the following tasks: 1. Celem głównym proj jest zdobycie zatrudnienia przez 20 UP w wieku powyżej 29 r.ż., spośród grupy 50 osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, o niskich kwalifikacjach, zamieszkujących powiat bartoszycki w subregionie olsztyńskim, poprzez udział w kompleksowym wsparciu do 31.12.2018. W ramach projektu założono osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników: • Liczba osób biernych zawodowo objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zawodowej w programie – 13 • Liczba osób bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zawodowej w programie – 37 • Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu – 20. • Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu – 20. • Liczba osób o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w programie – 50. Proj jest skierowany do 50 osób (30K) z obszaru powiatu bartoszyckiego, tj. osób fizycznych, które zamieszkują na obszarze powiatu bartoszyckiego w subregionie olsztyńskim w woj. warmińsko - mazurskim w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego. Będą to osoby bezrobotne i bierne zawodowo powyżej 29 r. ż., znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy – osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, w tym 2 osoby niepełnosprawne. Gr doc to: • 13 os biernych zaw • 10 os bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy • 27 os bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy. Wartością dodaną proj jest zastosowanie rozwiązania wypracowanego w proj innowacyjnym PO KL, a mianowicie Kwestionariusza Istotnych Kompetencji w Poszukiwaniu Zatrudnienia, wypracowanego przez OIC Poland i Org. Pracodawców Lewiatan (kryt. fakult. 3). Proj jest komplementarny ze wsparciem realizowanym w ramach innych niż EFS środków pomocowych Unii Europejskiej (kryt. fakult. 1). W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane zadania: 1. Identyfikacja potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia i poradnictwo zawodowe 2. Zatrudnienie wspomagane 3. Szkolenia zawodowe 4. Staże zawodowe 5. Pośrednictwo pracy. (Polish)
