Przedmiotem proj.jest wykonanie prac poprawiających efektywność energetyczną budynku WM budynku nr 46 w Mołtajnach, który zamieszkuje 18 gospodarstw domowych. W wyniku realizacji proj. nastąpi głęboka kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna oraz wymiana pokrycia dachowego w budynku Wspólnoty. Zakres prac: Ocieplenie stropodachu budynku części mieszkalnej Ocieplenie stropodachu budynku nad klatką schodową Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych budynku części mieszkalnej Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych klatek schodowych Wymiana okien na klatkach schodowych Ocieplenie stropu w piwnicy Montaż zaworów termostatycznych przy grzejnikach Projekt wpisuje się cel poddz.4.3.2 Efektywność energetyczna w budynkach mieszkalnych RPO WiM 2014-2020,którego celem tematycznym jest wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną we wszystkich Sektorach.
