The project will be carried out at the premises of the company at ul. Konopicka 2F in Bartoszyce number of 75/29 r. 280101_1.0008 Bartoszyce. The start of the preparatory work of the project 18.04.2018. the Ombudsman launched the project 02.04.2019. the project will be completed in 31.12.2019. STAGE 1: preparatory works: ex-ante energy audits, technical documentation, ornithological expertise and chitosan, feasibility studies. STAGE 2: construction works: — thermal modernisation of WTW Poland’s production hall with a useful floor area of 2 319.5 m²: the exchange of 1 007 m² of the outdoor wall of the arena, the warming of 597 m² of the external wall, the warming of 2 033.22 m² wall, the warming of 1 497.35 m² floor on the ground, the replacement of 1 011.6 m² of windows, the replacement of 57.5 m² of gates (non-eligible). — the replacement of a source of heat towards more energy efficient and modernisation of central heating and domestic hot water installations (Assembly: 14 units of heaters with 16-18 kW/head, 2 gas boilers, weather automation (1 kpl), heat meters for home and service water meters, gas meter, ca. 550 m orurination, insulation for the use of valves of 14 units, 2 regulatory units and 14 units) of ETAP 3: ex-post Energy Audit. The planned activities within the framework of the project follow the assumptions set out in the ROP WiM for Priority Axis 4 — Energy efficiency, Thematic Objective 4 — Supporting the shift towards a low-carbon economy in all sectors through a 73.72 % energy efficiency improvement project, a 77.42 % reduction in annual heating energy consumption and a 79.38 % reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.     Przedmiotem projektu jest poprawa efektywność energetycznej budynku przedsiębiorstwa WTW Poland Sp. z o.o. poprzez przeprowadzenie kompleksowej termomodernizacji wraz z wymianą źródła ciepła. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia odbywać się będzie w siedzibie firmy przy ul. Konopnickiej 2F w Bartoszycach nr działki 75/29 obr. 280101_1.0008 miasta Bartoszyce. Data rozpoczęcia realizacji prac przygotowawczych projektu 18.04.2018 r. Rzeczowe rozpoczęcie realizacji projektu 02.04.2019 r. Zakończenie projektu nastąpi 31.12.2019 r. ZAKRES RZECZOWY I ETAPY REALIZACJI: ETAP 1: prace przygotowawcze: audyt energetycznych ex ante, dokumentacja techniczna, ekspertyza ornitologiczna i chiropterologiczna, studium wykonalności. ETAP 2: wykonanie robót budowlanych: - termomodernizacja hali produkcyjnej przedsiębiorstwa WTW Poland o powierzchni użytkowej 2319,5 m2: wymiana 1007 m2 zewnętrznej ściany warstwowej hali, ocieplenie 597 m2 ściany zewnętrznej, ocieplenie 2033,22 m2 stropodachu, ocieplenie 1497,35 m2 podłogi na gruncie, wymiana 1011,6 m2 okien, wymiana 57,5 m2 bramy(niekwalifikowane). - wymiana źródła ciepła na bardziej efektywne energetycznie oraz modernizacja instalacji centralnego ogrzewania i ciepłej wody użytkowej (montaż: 14 szt. nagrzewnic o mocy 16-18 kW/szt., 2 kotłów gazowych, automatyki pogodowej (1 kpl.), liczników ciepła dla c.o. i c.w.u., gazomierza,ok. 550 m orurowania, izolacji cieplnej do orurowania, zaworów odpowietrzających 14 szt., regulacyjnych 2 szt. oraz trójdrogowych 14 szt.) ETAP 3: audyt energetyczny ex post. Planowane w ramach projektu działania wpisują się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM dla Osi Priorytetowej 4 – Efektywność energetyczna, celu tematycznego 4 – Wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną we wszystkich sektorach, poprzez uzyskane w ramach projektu zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej o 73,72%, zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii cieplnej o 77,42% oraz ograniczenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych o 79,38%.
