Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie szans zatrudnieniowych na rynku pracy grupy 30 mieszkańców powiatu olsztyńskiego i m.Olsztyn w wieku 30+ lat, pozostających bez pracy lub zatrudnionych w niekorzystnych warunkach (umowy terminowe, cywilnoprawne, wynagrodzenie na poziomie płacy minimalnej). W grupie docelowej znajdą się osoby bezrobotne niezarejestrowane w PUP oraz pracujące. Główny nacisk zostanie położony na wsparcie osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami. Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej ścieżki dalszej kariery, poprzez kursy i szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje zawodowe lub uzyskać uprawnienia zawodowe, do staży w przedsiębiorstwach, kończąc na pośrednictwie pracy i zatrudnieniu. The aim of the project is to strengthen the employment opportunities in the labour market of the group of 30 inhabitants of the District of Olsztyn and of 30 + m.Olsztyn, who are unemployed or employed under unfavourable conditions (fixed-term contracts, civil servants, wages at the minimum wage level). The target group will include unemployed people not registered in the PUP and working. The main focus will be on the support of low-skilled people. The project provides a comprehensive and tailor-made approach for each participant, offering a wide catalogue of forms of support (from career guidance and setting individual career paths, through courses and training to acquire professional qualifications or acquire professional qualifications, to traineeships in enterprises, to employment intermediation and employment.
