Property / summary
The aim of the project is to conduct research, construct a pilot plant for experimental development and, in the next step, prepare the installation for the first production. In terms of innovative solutions, a solution is to be developed ready for use in a targeted system that will automate manufacturing activities. The purpose of this arrangement is to allow for the maximum automation of production in the transport of products from the production area in Ełk to cover the production of seeders and wings, and to go further to the stage of completion/sorting of orders and to prepare them for shipment to the customer (in the context of a newly created investment located in Niedzica). The project covers 6 phases: Phase 1 — Selection of the supplier to carry out further development work and which will perform the phases 2 and 3, i.e. the development phase and the demonstration phase. Phase 4 — Verification and validation of Phase 5 — drawing up a request for proposals covering the purchase of fixed assets and intangible assets including installation and commissioning and selection of the contractor for the first production phase. Phase 6 — implementation phase, i.e. phase of the initial production by which the supplier will create an implementing project and build a pilot line. As a result of the project, a modern technology of automation in the production process in the field of transport of products from production to the stage of completion/sorting of orders and preparing them for shipment to the customer will be developed. The purchase of R & D services from an external entity and the purchase of fixed assets and intangible assets are essential for the correct implementation of the project. The project is part of the objective of sub-measure 1.2.2 of the Regional Operational Programme for Warmia and Mazury 2014-2020. Lien: https://strategia 2025.warmia.mazury.pl/artykuly/72/strategia-2015.html is part of the assumption. 1.2.2 in SzoOP ROP WiM. (English)

Faza 4 - weryfikacja i walidacja Faza 5 - opracowanie zapytania ofertowego obejmującego zakup środków trwałych i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych wraz z montażem i uruchomieniem oraz wyłonienie wykonawcy etapu pierwszej produkcji. Faza 6 - faza wdrożeniowa, czyli faza pierwszej produkcji w efekcie której dostawca stworzy projekt wykonawczy i zbuduje linię pilotażową.
