Property / summary
This project consists of the development of e-government solutions in the municipality of Dywilt. The project is important for the development of the information society and the development of a regional model of eGovernment in Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province. For the purpose of the project, the following steps are planned to be carried out: 1. Identification of the Contract Engineer; 2. Preparation of tender documentation and selection of the contractor; 3. Construction of the telecommunications system with the supply of equipment; 4. Implementation of the Digital Office for the Digital Single Market (CU) in the municipality of Dywice, along with the payment portal, social communication, e-Council and e-Soltys, 5. Implementation of the sys. EOD; 6. Implementation of the Integrated Information System (ZSI). The modernisation of the whole IT environment is necessary in order to benefit from the project’s effects as much as possible, both for the staff of the office and for customers. The implementation of the EOD will allow the reception and handling of electronic documents from the public concerned. The CU platform will enable electronic services to be launched, including filling in the forms, signing the Trusted Profile, sending them to the office, and obtaining feedback on how to deal with the case. The implementation of the ZSI will automate the accounting processes to reach 4 and 5 levels of e-services. The Office will be equipped with servers, a matrix and computer sets and will be equipped with a computer security device (firewall for 1).Services will be available to all concerned citizens and businesses. The applicant shall make publicly available by API information of the public sector, including: transport data, environmental data, demographic indicators. All the elements of the project are in line with the ‘Thematic Objective 2’, which aims to increase the availability, use and quality of information and communication technologies (ICT). In addition, the project is part of the “2c investment priority”, i.e. strengthening ICT applications for e-government. (English)

    Niniejszy projekt polega na budowie rozwiązań e-administracji w Gminie Dywity. Projekt ma istotne znaczenie dla rozwoju społeczeństwa informacyjnego i wypracowania regionalnego modelu elektronicznej administracji w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim. Dla osiągnięcia celu w projekcie zaplanowano przeprowadzenie następujących etapów: 1. Wyłonienie Inżyniera Kontraktu; 2. Przygotowanie dokumentacji przetargowej oraz wybór wykonawcy; 3. Budowa instalacji teletechnicznej wraz z dostawą sprzętu; 4. Wdrożenie Cyfrowego Urzędu (CU) w Gminie Dywity wraz z portalem płatności, komunikacji społecznej, e-Radą oraz e-Sołtysem;5. Wdrożenie sys. EOD; 6. Wdrożenie Zintegrowanego Systemu Informatycznego (ZSI). Modernizacja całego środowiska IT jest konieczna, aby z efektów projektu mogła korzystać jak największa grupa odbiorców, zarówno pracowników urzędu, jak i klientów. Wdrożenie EOD–umożliwi przyjmowanie dokumentów elektronicznych od interesantów oraz przetworzenie ich przez pracowników. Platforma CU, umożliwi uruchomienie usług elektronicznych m.in. wypełnienie formularzy, podpisanie ich profilem zaufanym, wysłanie do urzędu, a także otrzymanie informacji zwrotnej o przebiegu załatwienia sprawy. Wdrożenie ZSI zautomatyzuje procesy finansowo księgowe do osiągnięcia 4 i 5 poziomu e-usług. Urząd zostanie wyposażony w serwery, macierz oraz zestawy komputerowe i będzie wyposażony w urządzenia bezpieczeństwa informatycznego (firewall z licencją na 1 rok).Usługi dostępne będą dla wszystkich zainteresowanych obywateli i przedsiębiorców. Wnioskodawca udostępni za pomocą API informacje sektora publicznego obejmujące: dane transportowe, środowiskowe, wskaźniki demograficzne. Wszystkie w/w elementy projektu wpisują się w "Cel tematyczny 2" , który zakłada zwiększenie dostępności, stopnia wykorzystania i jakości technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (TIK). Ponadto projekt wpisuje się w "Priorytet inwestycyjny 2c", czyli wzmocnienie zastosowań TIK dla e-administracji. (Polish)
