The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 127 unemployed persons over the age of 29 who are unemployed in the county of sandores. The project will be supported only by registered unemployed persons over the age of 29 in the Poviat Labour Office in Sandoz, who are eligible for the aid profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or the aid profile II (known as “needing support”), which are in a particular situation in the labour market, i.e. one or more of the following: people after 50, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications. The support planned for the project consists of the services and instruments referred to in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, such as: training, internships, intervention works, equipment or fitting out of work stations, and one-off measures for setting up a business. The provision of support in the form of services and instruments identified above will be preceded by labour market measures and services for the individualisation of support and career identification support for: The identification of the needs of unemployed persons and the diagnosis of opportunities for in-service training, including the identification of the extent to which the labour market is to be away from the labour market, — comprehensive and individual placement of a profession consistent with the qualification and competence of the person supported or career guidance in career development planning, including raising or supplementing competences and professional qualifications. The main result of the project will be the start of employment of at least 54 participants in the project and the taking up of a business on its own account by the 21 project participants.     Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 127 osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sandomierskim. Wsparciem w projekcie objęte zostaną wyłącznie zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Sandomierzu osoby bezrobotne powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia), które znajdują się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. należą do przynajmniej jednej z poniższych kategorii: osoby po 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami. Wsparcie zaplanowane w projekcie to usługi i instrumenty wskazane w ustawie z 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy takie jak: szkolenia, staże, prace interwencyjne, wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy oraz jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Udzielenie wsparcia w postaci usług i instrumentów wskazanych powyżej zostanie poprzedzone instrumentami i usługami rynku pracy służącymi indywidualizacji wsparcia oraz pomocy w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej obejmującymi: - identyfikację potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikację stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy, - kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnego z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami wspieranej osoby lub poradnictwo zawodowe w zakresie planowania rozwoju kariery zawodowej, w tym podnoszenia lub uzupełniania kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 54 uczestników projektu oraz podjęcie prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej na własny rachunek przez 21 uczestników projektu.
