Projekt zakłada działania dotyczące kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej 3 budynków publicznych: Urzędu Gminy (UG), Szkoły Podstawowej w Łosieniu (SP w Łosieniu), Zakładu Usług Komunalnych (ZUK). o łącznej pow. użytk. budynków 2334,8 m2., która będzie dokonana zgodnie z wynikami audytów energetycznych, w zakresie związanym m.in. z: ociepleniem obiektu, wymianą okien, drzwi zewnętrznych, przebudową systemów grzewczych (wraz z wymianą źródła ciepła – likwidacja pieców grzewczych na węgiel, zastąpienie paliwa biomasą), instalacją OZE w modernizowanych energetycznie budynkach. Inwestycja przyczyni się do zmniejszenia emisji CO2 i innych zanieczyszczeń powietrza oraz do znacznego zwiększenia oszczędności energii - wartość dla projektu 81%. Całkowity koszt kwalifikowalny projektu wynosi 1951297,24 zł. brutto i zawiera podatek VAT. Projekt objęty niniejszym studium wykonalności nie stanowi pomocy publicznej oraz nie należy do dużych projektów w rozumieniu art. 100 rozporządzenia nr 1303/2013. Na podstawie analizy finansowej oraz przy uwzględnieniu wszystkich przesłanek wskazanych w art. 61 rozporządzenia nr 1303/2013 niniejszy projekt nie należy do żadnej z kategorii projektów generujących dochód. W ramach działań przygotowawczych w 2016 r. opracowano audyty energetyczne, a w II kw. 2017 r. studium wykonalności. Roboty budowlane oraz usługi nadzoru budowlanego i działań promocyjnych zaplanowano na 2018 r. Zgodność projektu z RPO WŚ 2014-2020 została opisana w punkcie poniżej. (Polish)

The project includes activities for a comprehensive energy modernisation of 3 public buildings: Office of the Municipality (UG), the Primary School in Łosania, ZUK. insulation of the plant, replacement of windows, external doors, conversion of heating systems (with replacement of the heat source — removal of heating furnaces for coal, substitution of biomass), installation of RES in energy buildings modernised. The investment will contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions and other air pollutants and to a significant increase in energy savings, with a value for the project of 81 %. The total eligible cost of the project is PLN 1951297,24 gross and includes VAT. The project included in this feasibility study does not constitute state aid and does not belong to major projects within the meaning of Article 100 of Regulation 1303/2013. On the basis of the financial analysis and taking into account all the conditions set out in Article 61 of Regulation No 1303/2013, this project does not fall within any of the categories of revenue-generating projects. Energy audits were produced as part of the preparatory action in 2016 and in the second quarter of 2017 feasibility study. The construction work and construction supervision and promotion activities are planned for 2018. the conformity of the project with ROP WŚ 2014-2020 is described in the paragraph below. (English)
