The main objective of the project is to increase the effectiveness of disaster prevention and the removal of disaster effects on the territory of the Municipality of Papanów and of the county of beech through the purchase of rescue and firefighting vehicles, together with life-saving equipment for the Voluntary Fire Department in Pacanów. The project will purchase the rescue vehicle (medium) equipped with a radio telephone and equipment (an electric lifting fan of 7 480 kg, fan reflex fan). The implementation of the project will, inter alia, contribute to: 1 — Improvement of the safety of the residents of the municipality of Papanów, the county of beech, the staszowski and the municipalities of Shchucin and Mędrzechów- County of Dąbrowa Tarnowska Tarnowska Voivodeship of Małopolskie Province (the municipality is adjacent to two municipalities from Małopolskie Province). 2.Rapid access to the scene of the event. 3.Improvement of rescue operations 4.Improvement of the security of firefighters of the TSOs of Pacanów. 5.Improvement and modernisation of the equipment of the TSO in Pacanów 6. Professionalise TSOs. Indicators: Number of persons protected from risk flooding — 7590 Number of emergency services to be retrofitted to rescue and post-disaster rescue equipment — 1 Number of firefighting vehicles equipped to carry out emergency rescue and clean-up equipment — 1 (English)

    summary
    Celem głównym przedmiotowego projektu jest zwiększenie skuteczności przeciwdziałania skutkom klęsk żywiołowych oraz w usuwaniu skutków katastrof na terenie Gminy Pacanów oraz powiatu buskiego poprzez zakup wozu ratowniczo – gaśniczego wraz z wyposażeniem ratującym życie dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Pacanowie. W ramach projektu zostanie zakupiony samochód ratowniczo – gaśniczy (średni) wyposażony w radiotelefon wraz z wyposażeniem (wyciągarka elektryczna o sile uciągu 7480 kg, wentylator oddymiający). Realizacja projektu przyczyni się m.in. do: 1 Poprawy bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców gminy Pacanów, powiatu buskiego, staszowskiego oraz gmin Szczucin i Mędrzechów- powiat Dąbrowa Tarnowska województwo małopolskie (gmina sąsiaduje z dwiema gminami z województwa małopolskiego). 2.Szybszego dojazdu na miejsce zdarzenia. 3.Usprawnienia akcji ratowniczych 4.Poprawy bezpieczeństwa strażaków OSP w Pacanowie. 5.Poprawy i unowocześnienia wyposażenia jednostki OSP w Pacanowie 6. Sprofesjonalizowania OSP. Wskaźniki: Liczba osób objętych ochroną przed innymi niż powódź zagrożeniami - 7590 Liczba jednostek służb ratowniczych doposażonych w sprzęt do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof – 1 Liczba zakupionych wozów pożarniczych wyposażonych w sprzęt do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof – 1 Projekt jest zgody z celem działania 4.1 Zwiększona skuteczność przeciwdziałania skutkom klęsk żywiołowych oraz w usuwaniu skutków katastrof.
