| Property / summary: The aim of the 15-month project is to improve the availability of childcare services for children up to the age of 3 in the case, by strengthening the educational potential of the City Hall in the Court in the case of the Court, with the creation of 32 new childcare places for 3 (for 32 children, including 15 (K), 1 (DN)), the purchase of teaching aids, equipment, the playground and the provision of complementary training for 3 carers in the crèche, resulting in an increase in their professional qualifications. The aim of the project is to create the conditions for the respect of workers’ rights to reconcile work and private life, as well as equal opportunities for gender at every stage of their professional development, thereby increasing the labour market participation of people with care responsibilities over children up to the age of 3. Achieving the 31.08.2020 target through the implementation of 3 tasks: fitting-out of the crèche, the day-to-day running of the new crèche places and the improvement of the professional training of carers. Celem 15-miesięcznego projektu jest poprawa dostępności do usług opiekuńczych nad dziećmi do 3 roku życia w Orzeszu poprzez wzmocnienie, w zakresie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb, potencjału edukacyjnego Żłobka Miejskiego w Orzeszu, dzięki utworzeniu 32 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 (dla 32 dzieci,w tym 15 (K), 1(DN)), zakup pomocy dydaktycznych, sprzętu, placu zabaw oraz przeprowadzenia szkolenia uzupełniającego dla 3 opiekunów w żłobku skutkującego podniesieniem ich kwalifikacji zawodowych. Celem projektu jest stworzenie warunków do respektowania prawa pracowników do godzenia życia zawodowego i prywatnego, jak również równość szans płci na każdym etapie rozwoju zawodowego, co pozwoli na większy udział w rynku pracy osób pełniących funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi do 3 roku życia. Realizacja celu do 31.08.2020 r.poprzez realizację 3 zadań: wyposażenie żłobka, bieżące funkcjonowanie nowych miejsc w żłobku i doskonalenie zawodowe opiekunów. (Polish)
