Projekt zakłada wykonanie termomodernizacji obiektu użyteczności publicznej, tj. Sali Sportowej Częstochowianka, zarządzanego przez Miejski Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji w Częstochowie, w celu poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynku, przy jednoczesnym zmniejszeniu opłat za ogrzewanie budynku. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zmniejszenia energochłonności obiektu i minimalizacji zużycia nieodnawialnych źródeł energii na zaspokojenie jego potrzeb funkcjonalnych, co w rezultacie stanie się przyczynkiem do poprawy stanu powietrza atmosferycznego w m. Cz-wa. W zakres prac przewidzianych do realizacji zakwalifikują się: ocieplenie przegród poziomych (stropodach) i pionowych budynku (ściany zewnętrzne), zmiana sposobu przygotowania c.w.u (węzeł cieplny), modernizacja instalacji c.o. oraz wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne, a także montaż wentylacji mechanicznej nawiewno-wywiewnej. Wynikiem przeprowadzonych prac będzie zmniejszenie strat energii cieplnej i elektrycznej w obiekcie. (Polish)

The project involves the thermal refurbishment of a public utility, i.e. Meeting room at Częstochowa Station, managed by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre in Częstochowa in order to improve the energy efficiency of the building, while at the same time reducing the heating charges of the building. The project will contribute to reducing the energy intensity of the plant and minimising the use of non-renewable energy sources in order to meet its functional needs, thereby contributing to the improvement of ambient air in m. The scope of work to be carried out will be as follows: the insulation of horizontal walls (ceilings) and vertical buildings (external walls), change of how hot water is prepared (heat node), modernisation of the heating system, and replacement of lighting with energy efficient ventilation and the installation of mechanical exhaust ventilation. The work carried out will result in the reduction of heat and electricity losses in the facility. (English)
