The main aim of the project is to improve living conditions, to activate and include families (56 K and 44 M) in the regeneration area by creating sustainable social services and working tools with parents and street children. The project meets the objectives of the Malbork’s Revitality Programme 2017-2023 Malbork on +. The object of the project is the creation of a daily support facility in the mixed form (of care and specialised), of farmyard’s work and of providing services adapted to the needs of the local environment as part of the role of Poraon Rozina. The project addresses the problems identified in the form of: family breakdown and relaxation of family ties, lack of offer of activation and anti-exclusion programmes and low social activation of families with health problems. The project is integrated and forms part of a project carried out under sub-measure 8.1.2.ROP: “Malbork na” + “- Revitalising the historic city city of Malbork”, which prepares the place of supply of services and improves the conditions for inhabitants of the urban regeneration area of Malbork.     Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa warunków życia, aktywizacja i włączenie rodzin (56 K i 44 M) z obszaru rewitalizacji poprzez stworzenie trwałych miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych oraz narzędzia pracy z rodzicami i dziećmi ulicy. Projekt realizuje cele Programu Rewitalizacji dla miasta Malborka na lata 2017-2023 Malbork na +. Przedmiotem projektu jest utworzenie placówki wsparcia dziennego w formule mieszanej (opiekuńczej i specjalistycznej), pracy podwórkowej oraz świadczenie usług dostosowanych do potrzeb środowiska lokalnego w ramach zadania Poradnia Rodzina. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane problemy w postaci: rozkładu rodziny i rozluźnienia więzi rodzinnych, braku oferty programów aktywizujących i przeciwdziałających wyklucz społ. oraz niskiego stopnia aktywizacji społ. rodzin z problemami zdrowotnymi. Projekt jest zintegrowany i stanowi całość z projektem realizowanym w ramach Poddziałania 8.1.2.RPO pn. "Malbork na „+”- Rewitalizacja historycznego śródmieścia miasta Malborka", który przygotowuje miejsce świadczenia usług oraz poprawia warunki funkcjonowania mieszkańców obszarów rewitalizacji w Malborku.
