Celem proj. jest przywrócenie funkcji społ.-gosp. i poprawa jakości przestrzeni publicznych na zdegradowanym obszarze. Projekt obejmuje obszar rewitalizowany o pow. 14,08ha zamieszkany przez 1473 osoby i składa się z następujących zadań: Zad 1.Przeb. mieszkania oraz sali katechetycznej wraz z zagospodarowaniem przynależnego terenu z przeznaczeniem na CWRiD przy ul. Cichej 1 w Czarnem. Zad 2.Przeb. i remont pomieszczeń po miejskiej bibliotece publicznej wraz z zagospodarowaniem przynależnego terenu z przeznaczeniem na CWRiD przy ul. Kościuszki w Czarnem. Zad 3.Zagospodarowanie przestrzeni pub. działek przy ul. Mickiewicza i Ciasnej. Zad 4.Przebudowa Placu Wolności. Zad 5.Remont części wspólnych budynków mieszk. przy ul. Zamkowej, Mickiewicza i Cichej wraz z zagospodarowaniem bezpośredniego otoczenia. Zad 6. Zagospodarowanie przestrzeni publicznej przy ul. Zamkowej i Podmurnej. Oraz zadanie "Wspólnie tworzymy naszą przestrzeń–otwarty konkurs ofert" w ramach instrumentu elastyczności. (Polish)

The objective is to restore social functions and improve the quality of public spaces in a degraded area. The project covers the regenerated area. 14.08 ha occupied by 1473 persons and consists of the following tasks: Zad 1.Ref. of the dwelling and chamber of the technical chambers and the installation of the land that is being surrendered to the CWRC at ul. Silent 1 in black. Zd 2.Ref. and renovation of the premises after the public library of public library and the installation of the land that is being surrendered to the CWRC at ul. Kościuszki in Czarne. Zad 3. management of public spaces at ul. Mickiewicza and Ciassna. Zad 4.Reconstruction of the Freedom Square. Zad 5.Remont parts of the common residential buildings at ul. Buckle, Mickiewicza, and silent together with the management of the immediate environment. Zd 6. Management of public spaces at ul. Zamowa and Podmurious. And the task “We are together to create our space for an open call for tenders” under the Flexibility Instrument. (English)
