Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 10 osób niesamodzielnych tj osób niepełnosprawnych i starszych. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie samodzielności i zaradności osób niesamodzielnych poprzez zwiększenie dostępu do miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych. Cele szczegółowe: zwiększenie aktywności życiowej i społecznej osób niesamodzielnych, - przełamywanie barier związanych z niesamodzielnością. Działania: usługi opiekuńcze, socjalne, usługi rehabilitacyjne, pomoc psychologiczna.Najważniejszym efektem projektu będzie wzrost liczby miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych oraz nabycie przez osoby niesamodzielne umiejętności potrzebnych do samodzielnego funkcjonowania.
