Projekt polega na zwiększeniu szans na podjęcie lub powrót do pracy osobom opiekującym się dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez upowszechnienie opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3. Wsparciem w projekcie zostanie objętych 20 opiekunów dzieci w wieku do lat 3, którzy powrócą na rynek pracy lub znajdą pracę po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem lub wychowaniem dziecka. Grupa docelowa to osoby zamieszkujące Gminę Krasne (19K i 1M), pozostające bez zatrudnienia ze względu na opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3, a także osoby powracające do pracy po przerwie związanej z opieką nad dziećmi do lat 3 (bezrobotne lub bierne zawodowo i planujące podjęcie pracy lub przebywające na urlopie macierzyńskim lub wychowawczym). Zakładany cel zostanie zrealizowany poprzez utworzenie żłobka w miejscowości Krasne dla grupy z programem językowym i muzycznym. Należy podkreślić, iż u dzieci w wieku do lat 3 kontakt z muzyką oraz nauka języka wpływa na wszechstronny rozwój osobowości. Okres realizacji projektu to 01.07.2018 do 31.08.2020 r. Krasne to miejscowość z aktywną polityką prorodzinną, a jednocześnie ze zdefiniowanym deficytem w zakresie dostępności miejsc żłobkowych. Konieczność utworzenia nowej placówki potwierdza posiadany List Intencyjny ze strony władz Gminy. Zakres projektu obejmuje przygotowanie zaplecza niezbędnego do utworzenia dwóch nowych grup 10 osobowych (prace adaptacyjne, zakup wyposażenia, pomocy dydaktycznych itp.) oraz zapewnienie bieżącego funkcjonowania poprzez zatrudnienie wychowawców, niezbędnych pomocy, oraz animatora, także zapewnienie całodziennego wyżywienia. Music Garden tworzą osoby posiadające wieloletnie doświadczenie w działalności edukacyjnej wśród najmłodszych. Posiada niezbędne zaplecze infrastrukturalne (podpisano umowę przedwstępną na zakup nieruchomości) oraz zasoby finansowe (wkład własny) gwarantujące prawidłową realizację przedsięwzięcia i osiągnięcie zakładanych celów. The project aims to increase the chances of taking up or returning to the work of people taking care of children up to the 3s through the provision of childcare until the 3s. The project will support 20 carers of children up to the age of 3 who will return to the labour market or find a job after a break linked to the birth or upbringing of a child. The target group is people living in the municipality of Krasne (19K and 1M), who are not in employment due to the care of children up to the 3s, as well as those who are returning to work after a break in caring for children up to the 3s (unemployed or inactive and who intend to work or take maternity or parental leave). The objective will be achieved by setting up a crèche in Krasne village for a group with a language and musical programme. It should be pointed out that children aged up to 3 are in contact with music and language learning will have an impact on the comprehensive development of personality. The project’s implementation period is 01.07.2018 to 31.08.2020. it is a village with an active family policy and at the same time a deficit as regards the availability of crèche places. The need to set up a new facility is confirmed by the said List by the Municipal Authority. The scope of the project includes the preparation of the necessary facilities for the creation of two new groups of 10 personal groups (fit-out works, purchase of equipment, teaching aids, etc.) and the provision of a day-to-day running through the recruitment of the educators, the necessary support, and the provision of a full-day meal. The Music Garden provides people with many years of experience in educational activities. It has the necessary infrastructure facilities (an initial contract for the purchase of real estate) and financial resources (own contribution) guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project and the achievement of its objectives.
