Property / summary
The project will be located at the premises of the company in the village of Moon. The company plans to implement a new device, a hip endoprosthesis as a measure with a dedicated instrument and development of the company through diversification of production and expansion of its range. The project is based on research and development (R & D), four stages and the purchase of devices for the implementation of the device (type 2 project). The following stages will be set on the planned work to be carried out: step 1. Development of guidelines and technical and design assumptions for hip joint implants with a dedicated instrumentation, step 2. Phase 3 of pre-prototypes of implants and pre-prototypes of instrumentsof ramide Prototyping devices and their verification. The use of 3D prototype implants in metal and Ramard Prototyping instruments and subsequent testing of the device readiness to implement Step 4. Planning and carrying out an operating treatment using an implant as a measure and a specially designed instrument. Machinery for the implementation of hip implants to the extent possible: 1. 3D printing printer for plastic. 2. Low temperature steriliser. 3. 3D D medical scan programme. 4. Design for the design of free 3D printing models. 5. Two computer sets. 6. Automatic turning machine. 7. Centre for turning and milling activities. Eligible costs proj.: 6 867 356,27. Implementation strand: 3 396 234,05. The contribution of the implementation component to the eligible costs: 49.45 %. The project will enable the company to exploit its strengths in the form of unpatented knowledge and know-how on the implants planned for implementation, as well as the opportunities offered by the booming demand for medical devices in Poland and worldwide. Drukarka 3D do drukowania z tworzyw sztucznych. 2. Sterylizator niskotemperaturowy. 3. Program do segmentacji skanu medycznego na model 3D. 4. Program do projektowania swobodnego modeli do druku 3D. 5. Dwa zestawy komputerowe. 6. Automat tokarski. 7. Centrum tokarsko-frezarskie. Koszty kwalifikowane proj.:6 867 356,27.
