POWIAT LIMANOWSKI - POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W LIMANOWEJ

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej w powiecie limanowskim, w tym osób długotrwale bezrobotnych i osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Grupę docelową w projekcie stanowić będzie 50 osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Limanowej jako bezrobotne, zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy II w rozumieniu ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, w tym 28 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych i 22 osoby z niepełnosprawnościami. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących zadań: - identyfikacja indywidualnych potrzeb uczestników projektu (IPD), - poradnictwo zawodowe, - pośrednictwo pracy, - szkolenie z zakresu poszukiwania pracy z modułem psychologicznym, - szkolenia zawodowe, - staże, - wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przeprowadzona zostanie analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych na podstawie której otrzymają oni konkretną kompleksową ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej, uwzględniającą udział w co najmniej 3 formach wsparcia. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie: - co najmniej 20% dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami; - co najmniej 35% dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte również inne rezultaty: - nabycie umiejętności poszukiwania pracy przez 20 osób, - wzrost motywacji do podjęcia aktywności zawodowej u 16 osób, - nabycie kwalifikacji i kompetencji, w tym z zakresu kompetencji cyfrowych przez 16 osób, - nabycie praktycznych umiejętności do wykonywania pracy przez 34 osoby. The project aims at increasing the employment rate of the unemployed aged 30 and over in the Limanowa district, including the long-term unemployed and persons with disabilities. The target group of the project will be 50 people aged 30 and over, registered in the Limanowa Labour Office in Limanowa, as unemployed, qualified in the aid profile II within the meaning of the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, including 28 long-term unemployed and 22 persons with disabilities. This will be achieved through the following tasks: Identification of the individual needs of project participants (IPDs), — occupational guidance, — placement of work, — training in job-search with a psychological module, — vocational training, traineeships, fitting or fitting of a job. The project will carry out an analysis of skills, aptitudes and professional problems for each participant, on the basis of which they will receive a specific comprehensive offer of activation, taking into account the participation in at least 3 forms of support. The main output of the project will be the recruitment of project participants at the level of: At least 20 % for persons with disabilities; At least 35 % for the long-term unemployed. As a result of the project, other results will also be achieved: — acquiring the skills to look for a job for 20 people, — an increase in the incentive to take up employment for 16 people — acquisition of skills and competences including digital competences for 16 people — acquisition of practical skills to work for 34 people.
