The project consists of two main tasks: 1. Draft protection plans for the 3 PK: (a) Biolan-Tyunecki PK; (b) PK “Dolos Krakowskie”; PK Orlich Gniazd; 2. The launch and maintenance of a public information-education system ZPKWM. Activity 1 (from a to c) will be identical for each of the plans and will include the following: — The identification and evaluation of istns and potential internal and external risks. PK; Development of the characteristics and assessment of the social and economic context PK; The development of an analysis of the effectiveness of the European Border Protection Mechanism (PK); The development of the characteristics and the assessment of the status of the runs. PK; — the development of the results of the landscape audit; — assess the state of the resources, the formations and components of nature, the value of the countries concerned, cultural and historical values and potential internal and external risks. PK; The development of concepts for the protection of resources, formations and elements of nature and cultural values, as well as the elimination or mitigation of existing and potential internal and external threats. PK; The designation of protection tasks under the PK; The holding of a consultation procedure, an opinion on, an opinion on the draft plan for the protection of the PK; The development of data with regard to the implementation of the components of the geoportal. THE DOCUMENTATION WILL INCLUDE A DETAILED INVENTORY AND VALORISATION OF PROTECTED SPECIES AND HABITATS IN EACH PARK AREA, AS WELL AS A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY OF SUBJECT. THE PROTECTION OF THE AREA’S LANDSCAPE, ITS CULTURAL ELEMENTS AND ITS LINKS TO SPATIAL PLANNING WITH AN INDICATION OF THE METHODS OF CONSERVATION BY INDICATING HOW THE DEFINED RISKS ARE ELIMINATED OR MITIGATED. The following are required for the performance of op. 2 (geo-portal): The compilation of the data produced in the preparation of the Project Protection Planning Planes; — collection of additional data and studies on the PK in the ZPKWM area; Creation and activation of the education system.     Projekt składa się z dwóch zasadniczych zadań: 1. Opracowania projektów planów ochrony dla 3 PK: a) Bielańsko-Tynieckiego PK; b) PK „Dolinki Krakowskie”; c) PK Orlich Gniazd; 2. Uruchomienia i utrzymania publicznego systemu informac.-edukac. ZPKWM. Działania w ramach zadania nr 1 (od a do c) będą identyczne dla każdego z planów i będą obejmować w szczeg.: -dokonanie identyfikacji i oceny istn. oraz potencjalnych zagrożeń wewn. i zewn. PK; -opracowanie charakterystyki i oceny uwarunkowań społ. i gosp. PK; -opracowanie analizy skuteczności dotychczas. sposobów ochrony PK; -opracowanie charakterystyki i oceny stanu zagospod. przestrzen. PK; -opracowanie wyników audytu krajobrazowego; -dokonanie oceny stanu zasobów, tworów i składników przyrody, walorów krajobr., wart. kulturowych oraz istn. i potencjalnych zagrożeń wewn. i zewn. PK; -opracowanie koncepcji ochrony zasobów, tworów i składników przyrody oraz wart. kulturowych, a także eliminacji lub ograniczania istn. i potencjalnych zagrożeń wewn. i zewn. OPRACOWANA DOKUMENTACJA ZAWIERAĆ BĘDZIE SZCZEGÓŁOWĄ INWENTARYZACJĘ ORAZ WALORYZACJĘ GATUNKÓW I SIEDLISK PODLEGAJĄCYCH OCHRONIE NA OBSZARZE KAŻDEGO Z PARKÓW, A TAKŻE KOMPLEKSOWE OPRACOWANIE DOT. OCHRONY KRAJOBRAZU OBSZARU, JEGO ELEMENTÓW KULTUROWYCH I ZWIĄZKÓW Z PLANOWANIEM PRZESTRZENNYM ZE WSKAZANIEM METOD OCHRONY POPRZEZ WSKAZANIE SPOSOBU ELIMINACJI LUB OGRANICZENIA ZDEFINIOWANYCH ZAGROŻEŃ. W ramach dz. nr 2 (geoportal) przewiduje się następujące elementy niezbędne do wykonania: -kompilację danych opracowanych podczas przygotowania Projektów Planów Ochrony PK; -zebranie dodatkowych danych i opracowań dotyczących PK na terenach ZPKWM; -utworzenie i uruchomienie systemu edukac.-informac.
