The main objective of the project is to strengthen the support scheme for SMEs in the early phase of development by 2020, mainly start-ups based on new technologies, which will have a positive impact on the growth potential of the SME sector in the region. The project addresses the identified needs of the target group. The project involves carrying out the following tasks: 1) An accelerator programme that will provide specialised training, coaching and mentoring services to offer, marketing and selling, which in the case of technology companies is a key element in the development of 2) The events that promote entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial mindsets, which are intended to create an environment conducive to Tuesday, exchange of experience and new networking. (3) a study on the level of quality and efficiency of support to analyse the effects of the support provided in the context of its current matching to consumer expectations. 4) The personnel costs of staff involved in the project directly implementing the above-mentioned activities. 5) Indirect costs. On the one hand, the project involves the continuation of certain activities, i.e. selected entrepreneurship promotion events, and on the other, introduces a new quality and offer for start-ups, which are an important link in the development of entrepreneurship in the region, based on smart specialisations. Therefore, the project will give priority to companies that operate in 3 key sectors: information and communication technologies, creative industries and free time and life sciences (life sciences), as it is in these areas that out of the 7 specialisations, start-ups and SMEs are the largest ones. The project thus built means that early development will provide comprehensive support for the development of key competences as well as opportunities for meetings and business contacts. (English)
