The project will consist of research and development leading to the development of a grain coffee recipe intended for children at the age of 23 with the certificate of the Mother and Child Institute or of another equivalent institution. As a result of the project, a grain coffee will constitute a new product category which has not yet been commercially available. the coffee coffee will have to be characterised as a result of research, optimal composition adapted to the needs of the children of the age group in question, and will, in particular, distinguish it from: The absence of added sugars, the lack of aromas and artificial colours, the absence of other artificial additives, including sugar substitutes, and meeting the nutritional requirements for children of the indicated age group, including the need for vitamins and minerals; Low calorific value; The limited undesirable substances, i.e. acrylamide, furan, HMF, which result from the thermal treatment of the raw materials used in the production process, adjust the level to young children. The project will be implemented in 6 stages, including the three first phases of industrial research. (English)

    Projekt będzie polegał na przeprowadzeniu prac badawczorozwojowych prowadzących do opracowania receptury kawy zbożowej przeznaczonej dla dzieci w wieku 23 lata posiadającej certyfikat Instytutu Matki i Dziecka lub innej równoważnej instytucji. Opracowana w efekcie realizacji projektu kawa zbożowa będzie stanowić nową kategorię produktu, dotychczas niedostępną na rynku.Opracowana kawa zbożowa będzie charakteryzowała się, ustalonym w efekcie prac badawczych, optymalnym składem dostosowanym do potrzeb dzieci ze wskazanej grupy wiekowej, w szczególności wyróżniać ją będzie: Brak zawartości cukrów dodanych, Brak zawartości aromatów i sztucznych barwników, Brak zawartości innych sztucznych dodatków, w tym zamienników cukru;Spełnianie wymagań żywieniowych dla dzieci ze wskazanej grupy wiekowej, w tym w zakresie zapotrzebowania na witaminy i minerały; Niska wartość kaloryczna; Ograniczona zawartość substancji niepożądanych tj. akryloamid, furan, HMF, powstających w efekcie termicznej obróbki surowców wykorzystywanych do produkcji dostosowanie poziomu do małych dzieci. Projekt będzie realizowany w 6 etapach, w tym trzy pierwsze etapy to badania przemysłowe. (Polish)
