GRUPA DOCELOWA: Gr.doc.stanowią 72os.fizyczne(44K/28M)bezpośrednio korzystające ze wsparcia EFS-os.zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym: a)os.korzystające ze świadczeń z pomocy społecznej zg.z ustawą z dn.12.03.2004r.o pomocy społ.lub kwalifikujące się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społecznej,tj.spełniające co najmniej jedną z przesłanek określonych w art.7 ustawy z dn.12.03.2004r.o pomocy społ., w szczeg.z powodu BEZROBOCIA (min.22UP, tj.min.30%UP) i UBÓSTWA (min.22UP,tj.min.30%UP), b)os.z niepełnosprawnością (OzN)(min.11UP,tj.min.15%UP:kryt.meryt.1), c)os.korzystające z PO PŻ(min.8UP), d)os.bierne zawodowo(max.36UP,tj.min.50%UP),e)os.z wykształceniem maksymalnie średnim-max.ISCED 3(min.22UP,tj.min.30%UP). Będą to os.zamieszkujące (w roz.KC)w woj.mazowieckim, na obszarach (w gminach)poniżej progu defaworyzacji określonego w Mazowieckim barometrze ubóstwa i wykluczenia społecznego. DZIAŁANIA: 1)Diagnoza indywidualnych potrzeb i potencjałów UP 2)Indywidualne poradnictwo specjalistyczne 3)Warsztaty skutecznej komunikacji 4)Indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe 5)Szkolenia zawodowe z certyfikacją zewnętrzną 6)Płatne staże zawodowe 7)Indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy WSKAŹNIKI: 1)Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu-44os. 2)Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu-36 3)Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek)-22 (Polish)

PROJECT OBJECTIVE: The social and professional integration of 72os (44K/28M) excluded or at risk of exclusion (meeting the criteria of the target group), from the direct and comprehensive support to the inhabitants of the municipalities below the threshold of disadvantage, thanks to the comprehensive and individualised support granted from 01.2019 to 12.2019, resulting in a work carried out by min.30 % UP. AUDIENCE: Gr.doc.is 72os.physical (44K/28M) directly supported by EFS-os.at risk of poverty or social exclusion: (a) eligible social assistance benefit under the social assistance Act of 12.03.2004 for social assistance and/or eligible for social assistance, tj.satisfying at least one of the conditions laid down in Article 7 of the Social Assistance Act of 12.03.2004, which fulfils one or more of the conditions laid down in Article 22 of the Social Assistance Act, which meets at least one of the conditions laid down in Article 22 of the Act on State aid for social assistance, which meets at least one of the conditions laid down in Article 11 of the Act on State aid for social assistance, which meets at least one of the conditions laid down in Article 1 of the Act on employment aid. This will be the case for the cycle (in the municipalities) below the threshold for disadvantage set out in the Mazowieckie trap and social exclusion (in the municipalities).
