| Property / summary: The project consists of a deep renovation of the building of a building in a nursery of a kindergarten in the town of Balears. All eligible costs result directly from an energy audit (insulation of external walls of the building, replacement of windows, insulation of the ceiling, installation of a photovoltaic installation, installation of a CO.P.I. replacement of radiators, including installation of thermostatic valves, adjustment of the installation, modernisation of the installation for hot water., replacement of lighting with energy-efficient LED). The annual energy efficiency improvement of the building resulting from the energy audit is 80 %. The project also includes the implementation of systems for measuring, monitoring and managing the use of energy in the building (installation of the weather, power management system). The 4kw photovoltaic installation will be installed on the roof of the building. The target group will be children attending pre-school and day-care centres, as well as teaching staff. The building is owned by the Municipality of Żyrzyn, and is managed by the Director of the School. Under the project, promotional activities will be carried out and investment supervision carried out will be carried out at the expense of project management. the ineligible costs are: dismantling works of the water supply system, installation of a gas boiler, installation works for sanitary equipment, installation of LED lighting. Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energetyczna budynku budynku budynku przedszkola ze świetlicą w miejscowości Bałtów. Wszystkie koszty kwalifikowalne wynikają bezpośrednio z audytu energetycznego (- ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych budynku, wymiana okien, ocieplenie stropu,montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej, montaż instalacji C.O.wymiana grzejników wraz z montażem zaworów termostatycznych, regulacja instalacji,, Modernizacja instalacji c.w.u., wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne LED ). Roczne zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej modernizowanych budynku wynikające z audytu energetycznego wynosi 80 %. Projekt obejmuje również wdrożenie systemów pomiaru, monitoringu i zarządzania wykorzystaniem energii w budynku ( montaż automatyki pogodowej, system zarządzania energią ). Instalacja fotowoltaiczna o mocy 4 kw zostanie zamontowana na dachu budynku. Grupą docelową będą dzieci uczęszczające do przedszkola oraz świetlicy, a także kadra pedagogiczna. Budynek stanowi własność Gminy Żyrzyn, a zarządzane jest przez Dyrektora Przedszkola. W ramach projektu prowadzone będą działania promocyjne oraz realizowany nadzór inwestorski, ponoszone będą koszty zarządzania projektem.W kosztach niekwalifikowalnych ujęto: roboty demontażowe instalacji wodociągowej, montaż kotła gazowego, roboty instalacyjne w zakresie sprzętu sanitarnego, montaż oświetlenia LED.
