The project is an infrastructure project and consists of a deep thermal modernisation of the Primary School in Wola Blakowa, in the municipality of Lgoba Wielkie. As part of the planned modernisation project, local housing within the school building will also be included, which will constitute an ineligible cost, but it is economically and technically justifiable. The project provides for the replacement of the heat source from the coal oil, which will also constitute an ineligible cost. A comprehensive approach will achieve better indicators on ecological effect and will therefore achieve the wider objective of protecting the atmosphere. As part of the investment, the following improvements and construction work will be carried out with a view to achieving an ecological effect, including an annual reduction in energy demand [%], which is calculated at 79, 6 %. The main objective of the planned project is ‘to improve energy efficiency, eliminate low emissions by means of deep renovation of the primary school building’. For specific, indirect purposes, the following may be included: reducing energy demand, reducing the use of conventional fuels, reducing the emissions of responsible air pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions, improving the quality of life of the population, improving school quality, increasing the competitiveness of the school. Planned tasks: Activity 1 — Project Task 2 — Project Activity 3 — Thermal modernisation of the 4 Thermal modernisation of urban housing (ineligible expenditure) of the project. project users’ statistics are based on the schools’ statistical data to which there are at present 90 pupils, occasional persons on grounds, including events, events, competitions, competitions, meetings with parents, extra-curricular activities and municipal housing, can be estimated at 200.     summary
    Projekt charakter infrastrukturalny i polega na głębokiej termomodernizacji Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej w miejscowości Wola Blakowa w gminie Lgota Wielka. W ramach planowanego przedsięwzięcia modernizacji zostaną również poddane mieszkania komunalne mieszczące się w budynku szkoły, co będzie stanowiło koszt niekwalifikowalny, jednakże jest uzasadnione pod względem ekonomicznym i technicznym. W projekcie jest przewidziana wymiana źródła ciepła z węglowego na olejowe, co także stanowić będzie koszt niekwalifikowalny. Dzięki kompleksowemu podejściu uda się osiągnąć lepsze wskaźniki w zakresie efektu ekologicznego i tym samym będzie osiągnięty szerszy cel związany z ochroną atmosfery. W ramach inwestycji przeprowadzone zostaną poniższe ulepszenia i prace budowlane zmierzające do osiągnięcia efektu ekologicznego obejmującego roczne zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię [%], który został wyliczony na 79, 6 %. Głównym celem planowanego przedsięwzięcia jest “poprawa efektywności energetycznej, likwidacja niskiej emisji poprzez głęboką termomodernizację budynku szkoły podstawowej”. Do celów szczegółowych, pośrednich można zaliczyć: zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię, obniżenie zużycia paliw konwencjonalnych, ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń powietrza odpowiedzialnych oraz emisji gazów cieplarnianych, poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców, poprawa jakości korzystania ze szkoły, wzrost konkurencyjności szkoły. Zaplanowane zadania: Zadanie 1 Dokumentacja projektowa Zadanie 2 Promocja projektu Zadanie 3 Termomodernizacja szkoły Zadanie 4 Termomodernizacja mieszkań komunalnych (wydatek niekwalifikowalny) Liczbę użytkowników projektu określa się na podstawie danych statystycznych szkoły do które uczęszcza aktualnie 90 uczniów do tego należy doliczyć pracowników, okazjonalnie przebywające osoby z powodów m.in. organizowanych uroczystości, wydarzeń, zawodów, konkursów, spotkań z rodzicami, zajęć pozalekcyjnych, mieszkań komunalnych liczbę tę można oszacować na 200.
