Głównym celem projektu jest kompleksowe uporządkowanie gospodarki energetycznej w budynku użyteczności publicznej Gminy Kodrąb jakim jest budynek GCI w Dmeninie, poprzez dążenie do zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania przez obiekt ten na energię cieplną (o 72,50%).Realizacja projektu składa się z takich zadań, jak: 1 Prace przygotowawcze, w tym opracowanie: a) dokumentacji technicznej, b) studium wykonalności, 2 Roboty budowlane, tj.: wykonanie kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej Gminy Kodrąb, jakim jest budynek GCI w Dmeninie, z uwzględnieniem na wszystkich etapach projektowania i realizacji inwestycji zasady uniwersalnego projektowania i racjonalnych usprawnień zapewniających dostępność oraz możliwości korzystania ze wspieranej infrastruktury dla wszystkich jej potencjalnych użytkowników (szerzej w pkt. 5.3).3 Nadzór inwestorski,4 Promocja.Głównymi efektami projektu będą: produkty:1. Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków: 1,00 szt.,2. Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji: 666,06 m2,rezultaty: 1. Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych (CO32): 427 808,66 kWh/rok, 2. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej: 1 330,59 GJ/rok, 3. Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów: 1 330,59 GJ/rok, 4. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CO34): 110,262 tony równoważnika (CO2)/ rok, 5. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji pyłu PM10: 372,89 kg/ rok – wskaźnik dodatkowy, niewykazany w pkt. VII z uwagi na jego brak w zał. nr 5 do regulaminu, 6. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji pyłu PM2,5: 332,95 kg/ rok – jak wyżej.Grupami docelowymi projektu są: • użytkownicy budynku GCI w Dmeninie, w zakresie poprawy komfortu świadczonych usług. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to clean up the energy economy in the public building of the GCI building, which is the GCI building in Denmark, by seeking to reduce the demand for thermal energy (by 72.50 %). the project consists of tasks such as: 1 Preparatory work, including development: technical documentation, (b) feasibility study, 2 Construction works, i.e.: implementation of the comprehensive energy modernisation of the public building area of GCI building, which is the GCI building in Denmark, taking into account all the phases of design and implementation of the investment principle of universal design and reasonable accommodation ensuring accessibility and the possibility to use the supported infrastructure for all its potential users (see point below). 5.3).3 Investment surveillance, 4 Promotion.The main effects of the project will be: products: 1. Number of modernised buildings: 1,00 units, 2. Useful floor area of renovated buildings: 666.06 m², results: 1. Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings (CO32): 427 808.66 kWh/year, 2. Amount of thermal energy saved: 1 330,59 GJ/year, 3. Reducing final energy consumption as a result of the implementation of projects: 1 330,59 GJ/year, 4. Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (CO34): 110,262 tonnes of CO2 equivalent (CO)/year, 5. Estimated annual reduction of PM10 emissions: 372.89 kg/year — additional indicator not shown in point VII, in the absence of Annex 5 to the Rules of Procedure, 6. Estimated annual reduction of PM2,5 emissions: 332.95 kg/year — as well as the target groups of the project are: • users of the GCI building in Denmark, in improving the comfort of the services provided.
