The project involves a comprehensive thermal modernisation of the school group’s plant in Ryfiancer. The scope of the work in the analysed options was based on the energy audit, the technical documentation, the technical state of the facility, the technical state of the equipment and the applicability of the solutions. The project will be carried out in Rasifiwo, Szabbin. The current status of the building in terms of insulation together with internal and boiler installations is not satisfactory. The planned project will consist of the execution of the following works: (a) the insulation of the external wall of the polystyrene — light technology, (b) the insulation of the external walls of the ground and in the field of extruded polystyrene, (c) the thermal insulation of the ventilated pellet of the mineral wool, (d) the replacement of old coal boilers to support the preparation of hot water, (f) the replacement of old coal boilers into modern hot water boilers, complying with the requirements of PN-EN 303-5 with automatic weather automation, (g) the replacement of old central heating installation with low thermal inertias, (h) the installation of heating radiator valves with thermal inertia heating, (h) the installation of radiators for thermostatic radiator valves, and (ii) the replacement of the existing internal lighting, the replacement of existing internal lighting with a modern energy efficient lighting system. Conventional incandescent bulbs will be replaced by LED lights. (j) for the installation of photovoltaic cells, (k) the installation of a photovoltaic installation for the connection of the photovoltaic source and for the supply of boiler equipment to the boiler, (m) the carrying out of accompanying works, i.e. replacement of blachard, lightning, renovation of the boiler room, renovation of premises after installation works. the modernised infrastructure will reduce the energy intensity of the plant and improve the environmental performance.     Projekt obejmuje kompleksową termomodernizację obiektu Zespołu Szkół w Rynarzewie. Zakres prac w tym analizowanych wariantów przyjęto na podstawie audytu energetycznego, dokumentacji technicznej, stanu technicznego obiektu, stanu technicznego urządzeń oraz możliwości zastosowania rozwiązań. Realizacja projektu odbywać się będzie w miejscowości Rynarzewo gm. Szubin. Obecny stan budynku pod względem izolacji wraz z instalacjami wewnętrznymi oraz kotłownią nie jest zadowalający. Planowany projekt będzie polegał na wykonaniu następujących prac:a) dociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych styropianem – technologia lekka mokra,b) dociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych przyziemia oraz w gruncie styropianem ekstrudowanym,c) dociepleniu stropodachu wentylowanego granulatem z wełny mineralnej,d) częściowej wymianie stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej,e) montażu instalacji solarnej do wspomagania przygotowania ciepłej wody użytkowej,f) wymianie starych kotłów węglowych na nowoczesne kotły opalane biomasą z załadunkiem automatycznym klasy 5 spełniające wymogi PN-EN 303-5 z automatyka pogodową,g) wymianie starej instalacji centralnego ogrzewania wraz z grzejnikami na nową o znikomej bezwładności cieplnej, h) montażu przygrzejnikowych zaworów termostatycznych, odcinających oraz automatycznych odpowietrzników na pionach, i) modernizacji oświetlenia tj. wymiana istniejącego oświetlenia wewnętrznego na nowoczesny energooszczędny system oświetleniowy. Tradycyjne żarówki zostaną zastąpione światłami typu LED.,j) montażu ogniw fotowoltaicznych, k) montażu instalacji elektrycznej w zakresie powiązań źródła fotowoltaicznego i zasilania odbiorników kotłowni, m) wykonaniu prac towarzyszących tj. wymiana obróbek blacharskich, instalacji odgromowej, remont pomieszczenia kotłowni, remont pomieszczeń po pracach instalacyjnych.Zmodernizowana infrastruktura pozwoli na obniżenie energochłonności całego obiektu i poprawi efektywność środowiskową.
