The project addresses the problems of the Chelmiński district: high levels of unemployment, high participation of people with an established 3 profiles of the unemployed, as well as a low level of professional qualifications and lack of professional experience in the people registered in the Poviat Labour Office in Chełme. This is why the target audience of the project is 120 people (86K and 34M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, which require social activation as a matter of priority, including the unemployed, who, according to the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, are in the third group of people who are remote from the labour market. The support of the Special Programme, in the form of social activation, the strengthening of professional competences and qualifications, activation and local animation will be used. The support process of project participants (UP) will be based on a reintegration path set up for each individual, family at risk of poverty and social exclusion, taking into account the diagnosis of problem, resources, potential, needs. The tailor-made and comprehensive measures planned in the project will enable active inclusion in society, including the reintegration into the labour market of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, which require social activation as a matter of priority. As a result of this participation, a minimum of 30 will be taken as a result of a minimum of 3 jobs, whereas a minimum of 44 people will be brought into social activation. (English)

    Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na problemy powiatu chełmińskiego, jakimi są: wysoki poziom bezrobocia, duży udział osób z ustalonym III profilem pomocy w strukturze osób bezrobotnych, a także niski poziom kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz brak doświadczenia zawodowego u osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Chełmnie. Dlatego też grupę docelową projektu stanowi 120 osób (86K i 34M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej, w tym osoby bezrobotne, które zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdują się w trzeciej grupie osób – tzw. oddalonych od rynku pracy. Zastosowane zostanie wsparcie w ramach Programu specjalnego, w postaci aktywizacji społecznej, podniesienia kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych, aktywizacji zawodowej oraz animacji lokalnej. Proces wsparcia uczestników projektu (UP) odbywać się będzie w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdej os., rodziny zagrożonej ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problemowej, zasobów, potencjału, potrzeb. Zaplanowane w projekcie zindywidualizowane i kompleksowe działania umożliwią aktywne włączenie społeczne, w tym także powrót na rynek pracy osobom zagrożonym ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej. W wyniku udziału w projekcie min. 30 os. podejmie zatrudnienie na min. 3 m-ce, natomiast min. 44 osób zostanie zaktywizowanych społecznie. (Polish)
