This project concerns the implementation of the results of the R & D work carried out by the Applicant on its own, i.e. HORPOL J.I.A.T. Honreor Sp. J. (hereinafter: Horpol). As a consequence of the implementation of the R & D results, the Company will launch a series of production and put on the market an innovative product in the form of an end-outline marker lamp with an ultrasound measuring system designed to be fitted to heavy goods vehicles. The product will be new on a global scale, because so far no economic operator operating on the domestic and international markets has introduced this type of product in its offer. Confirmation of the degree of innovation of the product is, inter alia, its application for patent protection of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (patent application for invention No P.420409) preceded by a state of the art examination and an opinion on the product’s innovativeness by the scientific body: The Świętokrzyski University in Kielce will be an autonomous product (not requiring a connection with the cab of the vehicle and communication with the driver is based on the sending of flashsignals of a variable frequency depending on the distance from the obstacle concerned), universal (possible installation in all types of heavy goods vehicles), with indirect positive effects on the quality of the environment and improving the work of drivers and enhancing user and user safety and persons. details of the innovative characteristics of the product are to be made in the application form of the pre-selection application form and in the opinion on product innovation submitted at the pre-selection stage on 13.10.2016. the project plans to purchase the following durability lamps, which will enable the production of end-outline marker lamps with an ultrasonic system of distance measurement: — vacuum-spraying vacuum injection equipment with a closing force of 150 T- robot for the dosage of elements in the area.     Niniejszy projekt dotyczy wdrożenia wyników prac B+R, które zostały samodzielnie przeprowadzone przez Wnioskodawcę, tj. HORPOL J.I.A.T. Horeczy Sp. J. (dalej: Horpol). W efekcie wdrożenia wyników prac B+R, Spółka uruchomi seryjną produkcję i wprowadzi na rynek innowacyjny produkt w postaci lampy obrysowej z ultradźwiękowym systemem pomiaru odległości, przeznaczonej do montażu w samochodach ciężarowych. Produkt będzie stanowił nowość w skali świata, ponieważ do tej pory żaden podmiot gospodarczy działający na rynku krajowym i międzynarodowym nie wprowadził tego typu produktu do swojej oferty. Potwierdzenie skali innowacyjności produktu stanowi m.in. jego zgłoszenie do ochrony patentowej Urzędu Patentowego RP (podanie o patent na wynalazek nr P.420409), poprzedzone badaniem stanu techniki, oraz opinia o innowacyjności produktu, wydana przez jednostkę naukową tj. Politechnikę Świętokrzyską w Kielcach.Nowa lampa obrysowa będzie produktem autonomicznym (nie wymaga połączenia z kabiną pojazdu, a komunikacja z kierowcą odbywa się na podstawie wysyłania sygnałów błyskowych o zmiennej częstotliwości w zależności od odległości od danej przeszkody), uniwersalnym (możliwość montażu we wszystkich rodzajach samochodów ciężarowych), przejawiającym pośredni pozytywny wpływ na jakość środowiska naturalnego oraz usprawniającym pracę kierowcom i zwiększającym bezpieczeństwo użytkowników oraz osób z otoczenia.Szczegółowy opis cech innowacyjnych produktu został przedstawiony w formularzu wniosku preselekcyjnego oraz w opinii o innowacyjności produktu, przedłożonych na etapie preselekcji w dniu 13.10.2016 r.W ramach przedsięwzięcia planuje się zakup następujących środków trwałych, które umożliwią rozpoczęcie produkcji lamp obrysowych z ultradźwiękowym systemem pomiaru odległości:- napylarka próżniowa- wtryskarka o sile zamknięcia 150 T- robot do dozowania żywicy dwuskładnikowej- komora klimatyczna do testowania lamp- formy wtryskowe do produkcji elementów tworzywowych.
