Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa rewitalizacja,zdegradowanej części Wołowa,zlokalizowanej w obrębie strefy B ochrony konserwatorskiej. Będzie ona realizowana przez szereg różnorodnych działań tj. • przebudowa ul. Sikorskiego i Przechodniej • przebudowa budynku dworca PKP • zagospodarowanie przestrzeni publicznej przy ul. Poznańskiej Wymienione powyżej zadania, pomimo iż są zróżnicowane pod względem technologicznym czy lokalizacyjnym mają wspólny element jakim jest, fakt, iż w różnych miejscach łączą się z drogą wojewódzką nr 338. Jest główna droga przebiegająca przez Wołów. Kompleksowość podjętych działań wynika również z faktu, iż ta główna arteria Wołowa jest remontowana, na mocy zawartego porozumienia pomiędzy Gminą Wołów a Województwem Dolnośląskim. Działania dot. przebudowy ul. Przechodniej i Sikorskiego mają na celu zwiększenie przejezdności i utworzenie łącznie z DW 338 spójnego układu komunikacyjnego. W zakresie przebudowy dróg zadanie będzie realizowane w partnerstwie z Powiatem Wołowskim. Projekt obejmuje też stworzenie zagospodarowanie zdegradowanej przestrzeni publicznej przy ul. Poznańskiej i stworzeni funkcjonalnego miejsca, sprzyjającego rekreacji i nawiązywaniu relacji obywatelskich. Teren ten przylega do dużego „blokowiska”,w którym jak wynika z analizy przeprowadzonej na etapie sporządzania Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji kumulują się negatywne zjawiska społeczne. Stworzenie właśnie w tym miejscu nowej,funkcjonalnej przestrzeni na impuls dla tej społeczności i zachęci do innych wspólnych inicjatyw i działań, na rzecz wspólnego dobra. W ramach zadania przewiduje się również przebudowę dworca PKP w Wołowie i nadanie mu nowych funkcji – społecznych, kulturalnych, edukacyjnych i rekreacyjnych. W tym celu konieczne jest wprowadzenie nowego podziału funkcjonalnego na każdej kondygnacji. Ponadto zakupione zostanie niezbędne wyposażenie służące nowym funkcjom. (Polish)

It will be implemented through a wide range of activities, i.e. • reconstruction of ul. Sikorski and Przewoku• reconstruction of the PKP station• fitting-out of the public space at ul. In Poznań above the tasks, although they are technologically and locked-in, they share the common element of the fact that they are connected to the regional road No 338 in the various places. It is the main road running through Wolow. The complexity of the actions undertaken is also due to the fact that this main battery is being renovated under the agreement between the Municipality of Wolin and Lower Silesia. Reconstruction work. The purpose of the move is to increase the mobility and to set up a coherent communication system with DIV 338. With regard to the conversion of roads, the task will be carried out in partnership with the district of beef. The project also includes the development of a degraded public space at ul. Discover and find a functional location for recreation and civil relations. The site is adjacent to the large ‘block’ where negative social phenomena accumulate as a result of the analysis carried out at the stage of drawing up the Local Rehabilitation Programme. The creation of a new functional space for this community has just been created here and will encourage other joint initiatives and actions for the common good. As part of the task, the reconstruction of the PKP station in Wołów is also envisaged and new functions — social, cultural, educational and recreational — will be given to it. To this end, it is necessary to introduce a new functional subdivision on each floor. In addition, the necessary equipment for new functions will be purchased. (English)
