GMINA STARY DZIERZGOŃ/GMINNY OŚRODEK POMOCY SPOŁECZNEJ W STARYM DZIERZGONIU

Projekt realizowany będzie przez Gminny Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Starym Dzierzgoniu w okresie od 01.01.2019 r. do 30.06.2020` r. Celem głównym projektu jest wdrożenie usprawnień organizacyjnych w Gminnym Ośrodku Pomocy Społecznej w Starym Dzierzgoniu w celu poprawy obsługi klientów ośrodka pomocy społecznej. W ramach projektu nastąpi oddzielenie zadań związanych z prowadzeniem postępowania administracyjnego od wykonywania pracy socjalnej oraz świadczenia usług socjalnych. Wdrożenie zmian organizacyjnych w Gminnym Ośrodku Pomocy Społecznej w Starym Dzierzgoniu będzie wiązało się z podejmowaniem nowych wyzwań, zmianą dotychczasowej organizacji pracy. W związku z powyższym konieczne jest wsparcie dla pracowników w formie szkoleń wewnętrznych, 2 wizyt studyjnych do ośrodków pomocy społecznej, w których nastąpiła zmiana systemu organizacyjnego polegającego na rozdzieleniu zadań administracyjnych OPS od pracy socjalnej oraz superwizji indywidualnej i grupowej.Ponadto w ramach tego projektu zostanie przeprowadzony remont pomieszczeń w GOPS. Pomieszczenie, które pełni funkcję sali spotkań zostanie podzielone na dwa pokoje. Ponadto zostanie wyposażone nowo powstałe stanowisko racy oraz doposażone 3 stanowiska pracy pracowników GOPS w Starym Dzierzgoniu. Wprowadzony zostanie Zarządzeniem Kierownika GOPS Stary Dzierzgoń nowy Regulamin Organizacyjny. Zmienione zostaną zakresy 3 pracownikom GOPS Stary Dzierzgoń. Zostaną utworzone nowe stanowiska pracy pracowników:1.Stanowisko ds. pierwszego kontaktu : 2 osoby po 1/2 etatu,2.Stanowisko ds. pracy socjalnej 2 osoby: 3/4 etatu i 1/4 etatu,3.Stanowisko ds. usług socjalnych 2 osoby: 3/4 etatu i 1/4 etatu,4.Stanowisko ds. świadczeń przyznanych decyzją 2 osoby po 1/2 etatu. The project will be carried out by the Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Stary Dziedzice between 01.01.2019 and 30.06.2020. the aim of the project is to implement organisational improvements in the Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Stary Day in order to improve the service of the customers of the social assistance centre.The project will separate the tasks of carrying out the administrative procedure on the performance of social work and on the provision of social services.The implementation of organisational changes in the Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Stary Day will create new challenges, change the existing work organisation.In view of the above, there is a need to support staff in the form of in-house training, 2 study visits to social assistance centres, where there has been a change in the organisational system consisting of separating the administrative tasks of a TSO from social work, as well as of individual and group-specific supervisions.A room which serves as a meeting room will be divided into two rooms.In addition, a newly created cancer post will be equipped and 3 employees of the GOPS staff posts are equipped in Stary Dziedzice.An administrator of the GOPS Head of the new Rules of Procedure will be introduced.A range of 3 employees of the GOPS Old Day staff will be changed.New jobs pracowników:1.Stanowisko for first contact will be created:2 people after 1/2 time, 2.Social position 2:3/4 time and 1/4 time, 3.Position of social services of 2 persons:3/4 time and 1/4 time, 4.Position on benefits granted by decision 2 after 1/2 time.
