“The knowledge base economy” is based on advanced technologies (including information technology) and education in a skilled workforce.The project will support 140 students of 13K to the last four years of Master I.— Certified training and workshops for digital professional skills based on a competency test for 140 students up to 02.2020;— The concepts of workshop skills, including problem-solving, communication, language and interpersonal communication skills;— Study visits to employers;— Additional activities carried out jointly with employers in the form of workshops and lectures;identified in the current UZ contacts with regional entrepreneurs and OPL as being necessary to address the objections raised to the IT graduates.The analysis of skills and competences that are crucial for improving graduate chances on the labour market is a good practice of employers’ participation in students teaching, and therefore a workshop with business representatives (potential workers) will be organised as part of the project.Each student will be made part of the balance of powers and training.The objective is to increase the practical professional skills of 140 attested certificates, to acquire or increase the so-called “soft” — interpersonal, communication, enterprise, and analytical — interpersonal and communication skills, etc. for the period 03.2017-02.2020.As a result of their participation in the project, the student will know the range of their competences as well as their shortcomings, which will be the beginning to start working on their professional development.According to the Human Capital Balance sheet, "Orientations strongly preferred, notwithstanding the fact that they have been procured (in more than 80 % of the first selection), i.e. automation (English)

    Podstawą "The knowledge-based economy" są zaawansowane technologie (m.in. informatyka) oraz edukacja w wykwalifikowanych pracowników. Projekt obejmie wsparciem 140 studentów  w tym 13K czterech ostatnich semest. studiów I st. w zakresie komp. kluczowych dla gospodarki i rozwoju kraju celem zwiększ. szans absolw. na zatrudn. w branży zgodnej z kierunkiem studiów poprzez zadania: -Certyfikowane szkolenia i zajęcia warsztatowe kształcące kompetencje zawodowe informatyczne na podstawie badania kompetencji dla 140 studentów do 02.2020r.; -Zajęcia warsztatowe kształcące kompetencje analityczne w tym umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów, komunikacyjne w tym językowe oraz  w zakresie przedsiębiorczości, interpersonalne; -Wizyty studyjne u pracodawców; -Dodatkowe zajęcia realizowane wspólnie z pracodawcami w formie warsztatów i wykładów; wskazane w ramach bieżących kontaktów UZ z regionalnymi przedsiębiorcami oraz OPZL jako niezbedne do realizacji zgłoszonych zastrzeżeń do absolwentów Informatyki. Analiza kwalifikacji i kompetencji kluczowych dla zwiększenia szans absolwentów na rynku pracy, głosi jako dobre praktyki  udział pracodawców  w nauczaniu studentów dlatego w ramach projektu odbędą się warsztaty z przedstawicielami firm (potencjalnymi pracod.). Każdy student zostanie objęty bilansem kompetentncji oraz szkoleniami. Celem proj.jest wzrost praktycznych zawodowych umiejętności 140 studententów Informatyki potwierdzonych certyfikatami, nabycie lub podniesienie  tzw. kompetencji "miękkich" - interpersonalnych, komunikacyjnych w tym językowych, z zakresu przedsiebiorczości oraz analitycznych, itp. w okresie 03.2017 - 02.2020. Dzięki udziałowi w proj. student pozna wachlarz swoich kompetencji a także jego braki, będzie to początek do rozpoczęcia pracy nad swoim rozwojem zawodowym.
