The overall objective of the project is to increase the quality and availability of administrative services relevant for the conduct of business activity in 13 JTS within their area of activity and to monitor their performance through the implementation of solutions in the JTS improving the efficiency of the management of services areas’ tax and local charges and the management of uncertainties over the period 01.09.2016-28.02.2018 by carrying out the tasks listed in point 4 2.
