POWIAT OLECKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W OLECKU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie oleckim. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 01.01.2016r. do 31.12.2016r. Uczestnikami projektu będzie 136 osób (74 kobiety i 62 mężczyzn). Będą to osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat, bez pracy, zarejestrowane w PUP Olecko jako osoby bezrobotne, zakwalifikowane do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada następujące wskaźniki efektywności zatrudnieniowej: - ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniższych grup docelowych - co najmniej 38%, - dla osób niepełnosprawnych - co najmniej 12%, - dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - co najmniej 30%, - dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - co najmniej 43%. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to the age of 29 in a rural district.The project will run from 01.01.2016 to 31.12.2016.The project participants will be 136 people (74 women and 62 men).These will be young people aged 18-29, unemployed, registered in PUP Oleko as unemployed, eligible up to the first aid profile (so called “active unemployed”) or the second aid profile (so-called “support”) that do not participate in education and training (NEETs).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.The project involves the following employment performance indicators:— the overall employment performance ratio for participants not qualifying for any of the following target groups — at least 38 %, — at least 12 % for persons with disabilities — at least 30 % for the long-term unemployed — at least 43 % for the low-skilled.
